I received a ticket for going 35 on a major road in a school zone when the light WASN'T flashing to indicate the speed limit was 15. The officer quoted some obscure law that limits your speed when school is in session not just when the lights are flashing. Not only that, but I had turned onto that road from a side street and there was no sign that I was entering a school zone. I needed them to help with a ticket. I was in a school bus where I have to load children and then do a 3 point turn-around. Tickets happen. The Ticket Clinic makes them go away. I've used them 3 or 4 times and each time they managed to get it dismissed. Never had to take driving classes, never any points, they never disappoint. That being said they are extremely affordable, like 100 bucks or so. You will always have to pay the ticket, but never court fees.
