Family owned business, and they treated me very well even though my initial purchase was not a large order. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and solid customer service! They also have a small selection of faucets etc, but it's fairly high end I think (bought a Riobel bathroom faucet at a great price) WAY better than a box box store for tile and faucets! Shortly before he had finished the sale another man walked in that seemed to know the sales associate. They said hello and the sales associate asked him how his project was going.
