Removing tenants for non-payment is devastating for both parties, so Marianne was firm, but also kind and compassionate. She was able to repossess the home within 15 days, without having to go through the process of an eviction, which was our goal from the beginning. Communication was always very quick, clear, and concise. My husband and I had so many questions since it was our first time going through something like this. She has a very extensive knowledge of real estate, the laws involved, and in general how tenants tend to behave, but she was also very patient and thorough when advising us. As someone that runs her own business and manages 100+ properties, Marianne is obviously a very busy person. I expected her staff to communicate with us after the tenant vacated the property. However, Marianne was our point of contact the entire time, which was very impressive.
