This company has no pricing transparency and consistency. They have a high turnover of office personnel and technicians. This year the price quoted to me over the phone to service my water softener and water purification system was $280. The service fee for service in Jacksonville was not discussed. Previous years the service fee for Jacksonville had been $100, this year the technician informed me the fee is now $175! Last year I paid $368.22 to have the system serviced, which included the service fee. This year for the exact same service I was informed that it is now $632.33! Later when the bill posted to my credit card it posted as $584.07. This is a 58.43% increase over last year!!! My notes from 2 yrs ago show the service listed as $301.69 with a $99.00 service fee for Jacksonville. Going forward I will be spending my money with a company that values its customers and will not be spending money with Morre Water and Air as this company's pricing is excessive and inconsistent .
