If you don't ask the perfectly worded question, their answer is "I don't know, I can't help you" then they walk away. It's too much trouble for them to ask a guiding question or two to help clarify communication. Employee attitude stems from the management. Rather than trying to help, the manager would rather yell and brow beat you over a side issue, than answer your question with a straight answer. The customer is always wrong at this shop, and they make sure you know it. Take your gun business where they treat you with respect and want you to come back again. Like the song says, "some people want to be abused", if that's you, then this is your gun shop. If you expect a modicum of respect, go elsewhere. There is a hardware store just up the street with a very nice gun counter that respects it's customers and is a very pleasant place to do business.

AND I have washed two loads of clothes with great outcomes (CLEAN) that surpassed the more expensive Maytag we bought from Appliance Mart in Cookeville and had repaired twice and it still never worked and were told if the part went out again it might be a year before a new one would come in. HUH?? Even the delivery person today commented...if it was that bad why did they not replace it? Who knows. AT any rate that is water over the dam and we are really pleased with this store (Carlos recommended the model he thought we needed and not the most expensive he thought we would buy) AND delivered it within a week AND IT WORKS really WELL. IT WORKS- clean clothes for the first time in the two months we used that Maytag that didn't work. Such a pain. Go to the Sparta TV and Appliance store- you will not be disappointed!!!
