Great selection and good quality toys. I like to buy here, as the owner knows her stuff and always quick to help and answer any questions.

I really like going to The Toy Shop. They have a lot of inventory and the owner is very knowledgeable about all the products and brands, and is very organized when it comes to getting in new toys and games frequently. If you ever speak to the owner when trying to find things, she knows a lot about essentially everything that the store carries. While you're not likely to find too many big-name things like marvel action figures, they do have a wonderful selection of Lego and many brand-name but not "from something" toys that are of really high quality. I've never had buyer's remorse when it comes to buying something here. The only problem with The Toy Shop is that it is way too crowded for all the inventory that they have. They would definitely benefit from a larger space. Because it's so cramped, it can be hard to tell unless you go there frequently just how great the stock and employees are. While it's probably not feasible, it would be fantastic to see this store in a bigger space with more to work with. The prices at The Toy Shop seem to be pretty much the standard. While nothing is cheaper than you can find elsewhere, you're also not exactly paying any extra. A fatastic toy store. This store has so many fantastic quality toys that can not be found in other stores locally. We love coming down and buying toys here. The one negative thing that I would have to say is this store is trying to offer too much. It is very crowded and hard to find things. I know you can ask the staff but sometimes you just want ideas. I find I get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of products around you. This causes me to want to leave the store sooner than I have in more organised toy stores. Was here last month on a visit..... Your employees need to not say loudly "follow her" when people are browsing your store with their kids. We had several shopping bags, and were dressed presentably, so I don't even understand what provoked that. The store looks like a hoarder's closet, is impossible to find anything, and I felt like that scene in Pretty Woman and incredibly uncomfortable as one of the employees stalked me down every aisle. I ended up buying several toys, because I had made the promise to my five year old son that he could get something, but didn't want to give my business at all. I've spoken to several people (including my cousin, who received the same treatment, as well as two of my friends, and was what convinced me to write this review). Gave 2 stars because the toy selection is great and one of your associates was respectful. I and the others you've offended will never be back, but for the sake of your business, please work on your customer service skills and smile!
