My mother and I have repeatedly had problems with this location. My mother called ahead to ask if…read morean item could be held for her. They said yes and when she came to the store the item was gone because it had not been held. My mom bought a gift card to use for the item later. We came back today and we're told there was nothing on the card that my mother paid $20 for! The frizzy haired emo girl behind the counter was very rude and condescending to my mom and I. She had an attitude and is ill suited for customer service. If the administration of this store sees my post I implore them to get their act together and find better employees and organize their system. Until then I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know about how poorly run HMV is.
