The plan was to travel from Toronto to Cairo with Turkish Airlines then from Cairo to Malaga with Air Maroc. However, Emil from Sun-Ray charged me extra fees that I wasn't made aware of. Once all airports were closed due to Covid, I asked him for a refund and he told me I'd get it in a year or two. I took matters into my own hands and called Turkish Airlines. They paid me back with a small fee. When it comes to Air Maroc, he said that they do not pay but instead I have a voucher to use. What's strange is I don't have the ability to use this voucher from just anywhere. They mainly fly out from Montreal. I went to Montreal to their head office and found out that Emil never asked for a monetary return because of the extra fees that he charged me. After a hassle with him, he finally requested the money back (he paid them with a check even though I paid with a credit card). Since I spoke directly with Air Maroc, he paid me but not the full amount. I have no idea why he's holding it. Air Maroc has told me it's not a fee even though he claims it is. He got his cut already and is trying to make extra money! I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years now and still have not received a response from him. He has ignored all my calls. If you want trouble, book here. I highly do not recommend it. I had to take matter in my own hands!

When I responded to confirm my booking, they said they mis-quoted me because they thought I was going to the airport. I asked if they would honour the agreed upon fee and they said they could not, but we agreed on a 15% discount off the regular fee. Again, I asked to confirm my booking and said I would pay in advance by credit card. Then they ghosted me. I have sent three follow up emails over the past six days and it's been radio silence. Now it's three days until my wedding and I am left scrambling to arrange alternate transportation. Airblack Limo is disorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend using them.
