The supervisor was a little bit better but not that great. I wasn't thrilled with what they do because I do most of it including dining. I did most of it and she didn't do what she was suppose to by saying it was my son's birthday. Our travel agent that never replied as well as sent the wrong information to us after the fact that she wasn't suppose to be our agent. It was awful and I was so disappointed that even though the supervisor took over; the other agent got our money. If I had known that by the way she didn't plan it because we switched it. We would of went with a different company. It was much easier to do it myself without hassling to make sure that someone is doing their job.

The agent I worked with listened well, worked fast and found me a good and reasonable flight, with the airline asked for and upgraded it to premium economy. He booked my seats, and all I have to do is pick up the tickets at the airport the day I fly. Great job! I'm super happy and definitely use them again.
