I did most of it and she didn't do what she was suppose to by saying it was my son's birthday. Our travel agent that never replied as well as sent the wrong information to us after the fact that she wasn't suppose to be our agent. It was awful and I was so disappointed that even though the supervisor took over; the other agent got our money. If I had known that by the way she didn't plan it because we switched it. We would of went with a different company. It was much easier to do it myself without hassling to make sure that someone is doing their job.
