That being said, Maurices might not be everyone's style, but it surely doesn't fall in the above categories. I find myself only able to shop in a certain corner of the store...the less-country-hick-corner. You will usually find a helpful staff and a handful of things you want to take home...which BELIEVE ME when I say that's a huge upgrade in this town. Street-parking can be limited and the hours aren't especially liberal..but any business downtown doesn't believe in over-extending themselves for anyone...specifically customers. As a volunteer fire fighter I received a jacket from the fire department and shirt worx embroidered…read moremy name on it. It was spelled wrong and when I asked Dana if she could fix it she made excuses as to how difficult it would be and she didn't seem like she wanted to do it. After two weeks I stopped back in and she hadn't gotten to it and said she put it in the "low priority" list! She said she would try to get to it by the end of the week if she could even remove my misspelled name. I decided to call sport about and they said they could fix it and it shouldn't be that difficult. So I brought it over to sport about and they had it fixed in a few hours. Sport about didn't charge me and thanked me for my service to the fire department. It's disgraceful how unprofessional Dana was and I strongly recommend taking all your embroidery needs to Sport About!
