Sheryl made all the arrangements for it through email so all I needed to do was drop it off. On the day of drop off, Jeff looked at it and seemed excited to see it restored, which impressed me and made me comfortable in my choice. He suggested adding a cushion but I wanted crewel needlework fabric like the original seat I remembered, which I assumed they wouldn't have. Jeff stated that he knew someone that might be able to help and made a phone call. Moments later, photos of fabrics were sent and I had a crewel pattern selected. So the estimate was adjusted to include a reupholstered seat with springs and seat foam. Approximately 8 weeks later, my rocker was ready and I'm delighted with the outcome. This rocker has been handed down through my family and will go on to my children and their children. It's an investment in our family history and the care Jeff's team took to restore it is admirable. It could have been "just another rocking chair" to them, but Jeff appreciates the historical significance of family heritage and the respect for furniture that has survived the Civil War era and beyond. He does not want to pay the earnings tax or deal with permits. After finding out his attitude towards new business or ethics, he went on to tell me how I won't be able to find anyone to do the work or will be able to find any materials. I'd rather not deal with anyone who has such a negative attitude. Home Depot should not refer people who do not want to work in the City, or abide by the local laws.

I made the appointment which was only book a week out which was great. Spoke with Charlie and he was extremely helpful going over what would be done during the visit. Called me the day before to confirm the time. Erroyl and Bob showed up on time and begun inspecting the vents and duct work. They soon realized that my ducts were clean already. We walked the house together and the took pictures of each vent and showed me the inside. Very clean! They looked at my HVAC unit and that was clean too! They then inspected the dry vent and....clean! They were very thorough and explained everything as they went along. I appreciate them taking the time to look in all vents and explain what they saw. Both men were very professional throughout the appointment. Even though I did not end up needed the service I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
