Huntington gives you monthly updates on your child(ren)'s progress and they will even come to your parent/teacher conferences and talk directly to the teacher about areas of concern so that they can focus more on those areas as well. Stay Away! My child attended this tutoring company for five months and showed absolutely zero…read moreprogress on top of complaining that it was dirty in the back. When we signed up, we were specifically told we could cancel at any time. Once we realized the program was not helping, we requested to cancel with advance notice. That's when we were suddenly told we would not receive a refund for previously scheduled sessions because they considered them "missed sessions," which is completely inaccurate as they were given advanced notice my child would not be there. This policy was never communicated to me, and I was never asked to sign any documentation acknowledging it. When I requested proof of this policy or my knowledge of it, they were unable to provide any signed agreement or documentation. This experience has been extremely disappointing and very expensive for what we received. In my opinion, save your money and look elsewhere - whether that's Team of Tutors or even a tutor through your child's school. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a money grab than a program genuinely focused on helping students succeed.
