    Another sensational experience with Ed and his team member. Installed/hung 98, 65 and 46 inch TVs with soundbars including a Sonos Arc and Sonos Beam. Plus Rokus. Flawless work and all TVs and Sonos soundbars with remotes were programmed. Strong positive recommendation.

    Ed and Alex are amazing at what they do and they do it in an honest fashion with reasonable pricing. They won't try upselling you on garbage that you don't need. I got a couple other quotes for a home theater installation project and they were both over 3x the cost with a bunch of unnecessary overpriced wires and garbage. I won't use any other TV guy for as long as Ed and Alex are around.

Navigating the rack system, multiple wires and devices, and then the technology behind each device (even those over 10 years old) requires significant knowledge and an understanding of how these systems are built. Thankfully, with Joe and team's many decades of experience, there's no problem too big (or small, Joe said to call him with any questions whatsoever). They go above and beyond, with excellent communications every step of the way and honest and fair pricing. Offering their distributor pricing on needed equipment is an added bonus, along with spot-on recommendations. Their staff in their local home office is great too, with both communications and invoicing. This is our go-to for any technology needs, we are so thankful we found them.

    I called Edd Helms to service my A/C on a Saturday. I understood that this would be an emergency…read morecall. Technician came out and diagnosed the compressor fan was bad. I was charged $1877.00. Well, the fan failed again. I called Edd Helms and they sent a technician. The technictold me it was not the correct fan and said the last technician installed a temporary fan to get the a/c working. I told the technician I was not notified during the repair that the fan was temporary. So, the second technician replaced the fan. (the previous fan motor broke within 2 months). After the right fan was installed, the technician said that it would be a $500 charge. I said the other fan should be under warranty, I just paid $1877.00! He put the manager on and I told him I was not paying for another motor after I spent $1877. This part was under warranty. We'll, the manager told the technician not to charge me. Now, 6 months have passed and the fan motor is out again. I called Edd Helms. The lady was nice BUT told me that I was put on a "do not repair list" so I could not do business with Ed Helms. Further, no manager was there today to explain the reason for no repair. Edd Helms is not reputable at all. The price was very high and the repair failed twice. Do not use this company!! ​
