Princeton was immediately responsive to my request for assistance to hook up the audio and video equipment my husband was setting up but he passed before completing the job. Among the equipment was the ONKYO AV receiver, the Panasonic VHS/DVD, the Kenwood Stereo Double Cassette Disc, the Mitsubishi VHS, and the Kenwood Multiple Compact Disc Player. Princeton and Bobby came to my home to run cable that Comcast was unable to do. They understood what had to be done and explained the process. I was a bit nervous when they started to remove high hats but trusted their knowledge and I am glad I did. It was not an easy job and they stayed at it until it was done. When Comcast came to hook up the service, they said it was a great job! Princeton was very easy to work with and the service was excellent. When it came time to pay I feel the bill was very reasonable. Especially since Princeton worked until 10:00 pm that evening trying to complete the job. He needed to return the following morning with Bobby to finish so the time spent at the house was longer than originally anticipated. After contacting, Princeton showed up and gave me an extremely fair quote on a four camera system. His team showed up a few days later and worked thoroughly to get everything set up to completely cover the property. He set up the DVR system and monitor exactly where I wanted and cleaned up the wiring so it looked clean. They bit off more than they could chew! Now we're paying for it! Twice I ask: Can you mount our tv on the wall, here's all the equipment you need, we measured and found the stud walls for you, this is where it should me mounted, half the speakers are already wired. Princeton says: "oh sure yeah we can do that, we work with this Bose system all the time, you don't want to see wires? no problem...." B.S! Eleven hours later...of hacking our walls, sad spackling job with wires hanging out of the wall, zip ties to cable boxes, a birds-nest of wires and unnecessary equipment shoved in the walls like a fire hazard , speakers that cut in and out, nothing is anchored in the walls. Not to mention that they are not licensed electricians to do the kind of work we were asking of them, moving power outlets- which they said they could do. What we asked for and paid for, is not what we got; they show up late, then after 11 hours of ruining our Saturday we now have to pay an electrician to fix it! The licensed electrician we have here today said the work he pulled apart was an accident waiting to happen. I took pictures, the Affordable Installations company should be embarrassed. Their quote came in very fair compared to some of the other outrageous ones we received. Princeton and his team are very knowledgeable and guided us to features we did and did not need. Princeton always shows up with a smile and stays as long as he has to in order to complete the job. We have recommended him to several of our neighbors and friends who have been very happy with his work as well.     I am disappointed in YELP who seems to have hidden all of their positive reviews. Truly... they came to hang up 2 TV's (which they hung up perfectly and efficiently) I needed help with my cable being set up as well, even though that is technically not what they are hired to do but he helped me anyway and tried to help as much as possible. I had seen the yelp reviews and decided to try this company. My fiancé is a lover of tech things but not very good at making it all sync.
