this is an update to the review on Google. The owner is a lier. she knows exactly which unit she sold me. Her son told her that the price had been scratched out so she knew which cabinet it was. I didn't even know she had a website. So her telling me I was getting one over on her is really stupid. Then she writes in her rebuttal how confused she was. She was not confused. That unit was priced in her store for $300. We offered her $200. She said she wanted to talk to her son which she did do, and I spoke to my husband to make sure he was still agreeable. She called me back and agreed to the price. I gave her the name of the unit and it's dementions. Now she's playing stupid saying she thought it was the gray one. I told her it was not a gray one and confirmed everything before I Venmod her and scheduled a pick up date. Her husband threatened me scaring the crap out of me he got right in my face and his big fat belly touched me. I told the police and they did nothing. They said it was. civil matter but then turned around and threatened to arrest me because I wanted the cabinet we paid for. telling me it wasn't mine. How was it not mine. I paid in full and made arrangements to pick it up. I sent her photos of the label and the dementions that we had taken the night before telling her as we were leaving that if it fit we'd be back the next day. So we paid for it and the police threatened me telling me to take the refund or loose the money entirely. So much for not being there for the civil part. So I left because they told me I had to. She sends me a refund and in her statement on Google she said I refused it. That never happened. And she charged me a fee for whatever. I sent her $200 she refunded me $196.50. That company did a shady thing. She told the police that I could come back anytime. Well she blocked me on Facebook. I think that's because she got an offer for that cabinet after I paid her from Facebook. where she had it for $700. I hope that the people who read this bought that cabinet for $700 and realize they got ripped off. Out of the blue she just remembered that she posted that cabinet back in March ? can't remember what she said but it was definitely along time ago. She can remember that but is confused about her in store items. And she keeps saying someone scribbled out the price. the price was $400 they scratched it out and changed it to $300. and now they are blaming their customers of trying to put one over on them. I have the whole recording of what she claims is me abusing her. We were both a little louder then we should have been. But her husband came out and physically threatened me. All on video. So Maria keep lying to make yourself look good and maybe I'll post the video and let the people decide. Your statement is so full of lies. you need to do the tight things, tell the truth. I don't want your cabinet I actually found a much nicer for half the money. So buyer beware what you buy from this women. read more

I had no idea that this place even existed!! I had to go to Sherwin Williams paint store on Hooksett Road in Hooksett New Hampshire A little while ago, When I happened to see a sign that said used furniture in back. Out of curiosity I thought I would go check it out. I walked through the door and could not believe not only the square footage but all the really nice used furniture. I was helped by a kind gentleman by the name of Ricky. I had been looking for a little cabinet to go in the corner of my kitchen to put drinks and snacks into then I looked ahead and saw this replica cabinet of an old looking refrigerator. I managed to haggle for a better deal on this and walked out the door with it I have gotten nothing but compliments on it, it truly is a beautiful piece of furniture I am truly happy with it. Went back in today looking for a wooden dresser again found exactly what I needed came to an agreement on a price which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for used furniture and other things they have in there. Lamps, decorations etc. I found my new go to place for furniture. read more

Highly highly recommended. I have been a Customer shopping at the Underground Vault now for a few years. It has enabled me to upgrade my home furnishings to name brand, clean, gently used items without buying the same items at thier original high prices. I also luv the authentic antiques that have a story to tell. Every time I visit I find something small to bring home with me or use thier delivery services for larger items. I (and many of my friends) have been extremely happy with the service and fair pricing from this family owned business. What a class act of a company . When we walked in I wasn't expecting much for a second hand furniture store , but boy were we in for a nice surprise . The space alone is MASSIVE! Everything is nicely displayed and it's not super cluttered. More than just furniture , but the quality of the furniture is really nice . We found a great table and chair set , a hutch and a deep freezer for all under 800 bucks !!! What a steal ! Maria was so willing to work out a deal , and you can tell this family business really wants what best for the customers and treated us as family . So thankful to have found this place , only sad we didn't find it sooner. Husband (owner) and son , did same day delivery. Never again. I purchased a French Provincial bedroom set (King sized) several years back. I believe she was early on in starting this business. The set was beautiful quality and very old but in great condition. It could have been cleaned up and used as is but I decided to refinish it anyway. I paid a fair, decent price for it. Now fast forward to 2019. There was a bedroom set posted (Full sized) on Facebook so I went in to take a look. Now mind you I have noticed over the last year EVERYTHING that is posted is listed as "high end." Granted some items she gets may have been high end at one time, like my King set probably was 50 some odd years ago, but these items are used. Granted some may still be in excellent condition but they are used. So I went and looked at the Full bedroom set. This was not quality. Very cheaply made, broken in spots and definitely needed refinishing in order to be used. I went in with a number in mind, that number quickly went down when I saw the condition and quality. I still liked the look of the set and was willing to put in the elbow grease for my child. WELL I asked how much and I almost fell over when I was quoted WAY WAY WAY over what I paid for a delivered complete King set! The son, I believe, was the one I was talking to and he called Maria on the walkie talkie to tell her about my previous experience and she very quickly cut him off and in an appalling tone said that the set was HIGH END. That was it for me, you don't speak so nastily in front of customers. This set was not high end and not great quality. I will say it was worth about $300 and she was nowhere near that price. It drove home the point I had been feeling over the past year from seeing all her posts. She has got very greedy and believes her stuff is better than everyone's else's and she deserves top dollar. She charges ridiculous prices for USED furniture and it keeps getting more expensive. And if you buck her on the price she becomes nasty. Your customers are what makes your business run! I will never go back. Ungrateful, undeserving and over-priced. Beware!! read more
