Everything seemed over priced but there was a 300 color tag system that indicated what percent off the item was that even the most cunning mathematical minds would struggle to decipher. At that point the woman running the shop was on the phone, behind her hoarders pile of crap at the front counter. At that point I waited 5-10 minutes for her to get off the phone or acknowledge me. I was interested in three things that weren't priced. After no acknoledgement again I walked around and looked at the worst collection of records I have ever seen for sale. 10-15 more minutes of waiting for her to get off the phone and I had enough... you might find something worth getting her but it is worth the hassle ? The whole time I was here I was worried that a pile of something was going to fall on me, the place is set up like they are going to shoot a hoarders episode here.

The owner is very kind & eager to help you locate just the treasure you seek. The prices are extremely reasonable & specials are always in the making. You will not regret the trip. That person said "WE ARE CLOSED" I used caps because she was quite indignant with a snotty attitude. I said through the glass door "Oh you just startled me, I was not expecting anyone to be in there." "Your shop is beautiful." To which she replies "doing paperwork, we are closed." NO Kidding. There were no lights on, and the closed sign told me so. I can tell you, though, with that attitude, I would never recommend anyone come into your store. I've heard other people give me negative reviews also, but decided to make my own decision. Lousy attitude produces lousy business.

This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! I'm so happy with it and our experience with Bellman's, we'll definitely be back for wedding bands!
