This is usually my go to place for scrubs. They have a good variety of styles and brands. I wasn't able to find a color to match my work scrubs this time, but the two ladies working were great at walking around try to match my shirt to any pants they had in stock. I went there today to look for scrubs since I work in the healthcare field and wasn't impressed at all with the store, products, and service. I walked in there and the place looked dark. Not well lit and too many of the same scrub colors - black, blue, gray, green, and some light colors. The only thing they had that I liked was a whole section of marked down Christmas print scrub tops. Anyways I wasn't greeted by the two employees that were working. There was a family of three in there shopping that they were talking with them. As I approached one of the employees, she actually walked the other way. I felt like I was being avoided. I walked out of there without buying anything because I feel like I shouldn't support a place that didn't want to help a customer. read more

This store has many colors, different styles of same colors and many sizes. I love it! However it didn't have a lot of designs or characters on their scrubs. They are mainly just plain solid color scrubs. If you like just plain solid color scrubs this is the place for you. I was looking for a pink scrub with animals on it for my daughters pre-veterinary medicine degree photo shoot. I found one here. I was so happy I found one and it was the right size. I also liked how it had two different pink bottoms. One fitting and one loose end pink pants. The shoot turned out amazing. She loved the scrubs and is looking forward to wearing it more in the future. The store is located at the tanger outlet. There is plenty street parking and it's free. read more

Kelly and Emma were so incredibly nice and friendly. I have never purchased scrubs before and Kelly took the time to show me different scrubs that would be more my style and preference. There is a lot of selection to pick from at this store and the scrubs are really great. They were upfront about the return policy and exchange policy before I bought the scrubs, and overall just really helpful. I had a great experience and I will definitely be coming back. If I could leave zero stars I would, their exchange policy absolutely sucks for how much money we spend on the clothes it's stupid. If something happened to a piece of clothing purchased at your store exchange them. Yall completely suck I hope this place closes down. And when one employee says with the receipt you can do a return you honor that don't change your mind the next day. Again this place SUCKS read more

This is a great spot if you need scrubs in a stitch! I start my new job on Wednesday and needed something to get me going in the scrubs department. Variety of solid colors and the prices typically run higher depending on the material. Most scrubs I saw ranged from $13-$25 so great budget-wise. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Gina helped me on getting the healthcare heroes discount which I believe runs until January 2022 (?) Give them a go - lots has improved over the years when I read these reviews. They remind you about their return policy before you make your payment which is also helpful. Looking forward to return for tax free weekend! read more

I am new to the healthcare field and needed scrubs, and was overwhelmed at the selection available at The Uniform Outlet (which is actually a good thing!) - but I had no idea where to begin. The manager, Michelle, was so super helpful and suggested a number of brands and styles and really took the time to help me find and decide what to get. I'm sorry I didn't catch the other employee's name but she was so nice and helpful too! I was in on Monday afternoon and they even held my scrubs for me when I had to run to the bathroom lol... also the prices are better than a lot of scrubs websites I've seen! Michelle had me sign up for rewards to get $$ off of my next purchase too. I will definitely make The Uniform Outlet my go-to store for scrubs and other needs :) my boyfriend also buys his chef pants here, and they have a big selection of accessories. Friday June 2, 2023 at or around 4:15-4:30 I arrived at the store. There was quite a handful of people in the store when I arrived. After everyone dwindled out of the store my mother and I were the only customers in there. We patiently awaited some sort of acknowledgment as a paying customer. We were in the store for about 30 to 45 mins by ourselves along with the employees on duty and they hadn't said a word to either of us. As I was browsing the store, to emphasize my point, I spoke and acknowledged the employees as I would have liked to be welcomed into a store. I proceeded to try on some scrubs and to the best of my knowledge another customer entered the store and was greeted instantly! I was also looking at the selection of shoes they had available and both employees were standing right in front of me and still had not said a word to me or even asked if I needed to see something or if I ever needed help. Shortly after that I placed everything back even acknowledged them TO EMPHASIZE MY POINT ONCE AGAIN, and decided to take my business elsewhere where I feel like a valued and welcomed customer. read more

I've been going to this store for a couple years and will not be returning due to poor service. After making my purchase, I noticed a sign stating they offer a discount to MUSC and Roper employees. I inquired to the manager about possibly getting a discount, and she SNAPPED at me. I was agitated at that point. I really didn't care about the discount at that moment but was really put off by the unprofessional and rude behavior demonstrated by the employees. FYI- prices are not outlet prices. You're better off going to Odles in West Ashley and will probably receive MUCH better customer service. read more

Great customer service and lots of selection for ladies; men's section is limited to about 4 different brands.

Good selection but the customer service is hit or miss. Has dressing rooms so you can try on your selections. They also have the ability to special order whatever size/color scrubs you need which is really nice, heads up though the orders only go in on Mondays and don't arrive until the following week so the wait can be a little long. read more

I've been in this store several times while my son was in college and the workers were always helpful and pleasant. This last visit I made to Charleston, I stopped by the store, and the male worker was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They only had one pair of scrub pants I buy in my size. I was in Charleston for a week, so I decided to stop by on my way home to see if they had received a shipment in with more pants in my size, a female was working and very friendly but the male walked in in plan clothes, shorts and shirt and was all behind the counter and making remarks to the female while she was working and appeared to make her uncomfortable.I do not plan to come back to this location in the future. Go to Reed's Uniform in West Ashley. Do not shop here! Poor selection, worse customer service. My husband trying to help me out bought me a uniform too small. When I said I'll just return it and get a refund he said you can't. The sales associate had him sign the receipt and he did not realize he was singing that there are no refunds only exchanges. Upon my visit to return the uniform they in fact said he signed it that's our policy. So, I went ahead and a settled for a uniform I did not really like, which was 10.00 less. I was then told my store credit would expire in 30 days, so I got second shirt. When I asked for separate receipts to turn in for work I got attitude. I will NEVER go here again and will tell everyone I know not to go here either. Unless of course they contact me and give me a refund. read more
