I unexpectedly had to handle some business while I was out of town. I needed a notary and to print some documents. I searched on Google for a notary and UPS store was the first thing that popped up. I called the store beforehand and asked if a notary was available today. They advised they were there until close. I went to the store and explained what I needed and a female associate assisted me with everything I needed. I didn't know what I was doing so she helped me completely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store location is near lots of other frequented locations. Can't believe you there is no way to access email and download files for printing here . Really? Walked in and told the girl at the counter that I needed to ship two packages. She looked at the addresses and told me I would be better off taking them there (since they were local)than shipping. I told her they needed to be shipped. While she looks at rates, the other girl is commenting on how rude the precious customer "always acts". After telling me the price of shipment was $44 each, I said that it seemed high and fedex was a lot lower than that. She responded in a sarcastic tone, "Awesome! Have a great day!" So I left and drove further away to go to fedex where I shipped both for $24. I was willing to pay a little more to prevent driving to fedex but not again. Reposted this review because it had been taken down --Have used the shipping services at this store several times. This last month was the last time I will ever go through them again for any services. Several years ago they packaged art work for me and shipped. When package was delivered and opened, all the artwork had frame and glass damage. Receiver told us art was barely wrapped. Had to go through hoops to get claim filed and refund money. Last month, January 2017, we took package already packaged, nothing breakable, and made sure we received a receipt for dropping off. UPS tracking shows that the package was dropped off and never picked up at store. We have contacted store and they told us package was shipped because driver never leaves anything. However, UPS has been unable to find package. Driver did not receive from the store or did not scan it. Not sure which one. Now I will spend rest of this month trying to work on claim and refund for package and have to go through the ordeal of reordering items for our clients. Employees were gossiping loudly in the back, which was unprofessional, and the male employee at the register was pretty lifeless. The energy in the store wasn't pleasant, it seemed like the employees were forced to be there and didn't care about their jobs. read more

This UPS has helped me so much with small printing needs, every time I go in there the girls who work there are so sweet and helpful! I normally do not write reviews regarding the service I have received rather it is good or bad. Unfortunately, today I have no choice..... I placed an order from Walmart here in Albany, GA for a Barbie doll house on 12/1/2017 (finally after bribing my husband to be agree to purchase). The process was great... quick and fast (avoiding long lines). I waited patiently for this doll house to arrive for my daughter's birthday (12/13/2017) and finally I decided to check the status of the order....it read ARRIVED. Okay, so I have look high and low all around my home for this doll house in which my daughter has talked about all year long. I looked on the UPS tracking website to track the product and it stated, "it was delivered on 12/7/2017 at 9:59p.m. and the location was a side door. WAAAAIIIIIIITTTTT!!!!! I don't have a side door... I called the 1-800-742-5877 customer service number to attempt to get this resolved asap because my daughter's birthday is 4 days away. Although the rep was extremely sweet, he was no help in locating/tracking down the doll house. I know every company has protocol- input information to submit a claim and so on and so on but wait we are talking about a life or death situation, at least to a 7 year old girl who has been speaking about this dollhouse. Mmmmmm, since I have to wait on a claim to be submitted and processed, because the UPS driver could not deliver the product to the correct address, my little girl's birthday is going to be ruined.
