This location is sometimes busy, but the wait times are seldom long. There's generally a full staff at this location. The staff are pleasant/professional & they provide detailed instructions/service when needed. As such, expect a slightly longer wait if you're in line behind someone unfamiliar with shipping/receiving via UPS. read more

Maybe it's because we went on a weeknight and only had to do an Amazon return, but the entire process was very fast. The two boys working were pleasant and assisted my anxiety-ridden daughter wonderfully. The dedicated UPS store parking lot was great (and empty!) and it was simple to get in and out on the side road where it's located. This is the only store that tried to charge me for an Amazon return. They wanted to charge me $1.80 to affix my preprinted label to the outside of the box with a piece of tape. I have returned many things to Amazon and never experienced this at any other UPS store. I took the package to another UPS store where they took care of it free of charge, which is the way it should be. read more

I find that I must agree with the review posted by Pam G in 2016. The owner is cranky and unpleasant to deal with. The regular employees are nice and helpful but the owner needs to realize that, if it were not for customers coming in/out of her store, she would not have a business. I was taught that lesson early in my working life. Customers are the people who really pay your salary. I would not have gone to this UPS store except that our normal store, the store in Aberdeen MD, was closed until Tuesday December 15th and I needed to get an item shipped out. I will not go to this store again. I use UPS quite often and have never had such a negative experience. I realize that everyone is stressed this year with COVID and now the holiday season is upon us. But apparently the owner has been cranky since 2016 and her mood certainly hasn't improved. read more

I really like this store they always get me in and out and they are always helpful with any packages I have. I had a package that was not tapped and I was looking to buy a little bit of bubble wrap to put in the box. They had some extra bubble wrap lying around and they let me have that for my package and taped my box up as well. Now that's customer service! I will always go to this location. read more

this is a great location from coming off 95 up 924 to ship items from the course of business for the day. This ups store makes it simple and although I have a house account at the store across town this location always offers the same friendly and courteous service and always goes over and above to make my projects and mailing large items simple and easy. I would have given this place NEGATIVE stars if possible. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you when you walk through the door. I recently went in to pick up a package and the guy behind the counter told me he was too busy to look through a pile of packages that were scheduled to be sent back to a UPS warehouse. Young girl behind counter asked Seth if he could help me get a heavy box out of my car after I asked her if someone could help me. He kept his back turned to me and said well I could or she could use the hand truck. I had a 71 pound box and struggled to get it onto the handcart and then struggled to hold the door open while I pushed it through. Neither of them offered to help me. This was at about 4:30 June 6, 2018. Unacceptable for an employee in a service based business. read more

I don't understand the average rating for this ups store because I have always received wonderful service from the owners. They know me by sight now, as do some of the staff. My packages often involve special needs, but they have always been able to help solve my problems quickly and at a reasonable cost. read more
