i needed to get fingerprinting done for my CNA class, so I was recommended to come here. i rescheduled a few times yet the lady one the phone was always gentle and patient with me, and I thank her for this. after many reschedulings I finally went in today and got it done in less than 5 minutes. the lady who performs it was super nice. also the way they do it is very helpful and super fascinating. you will need to wear a mask but, no big deal. thank you all so much. read more

This business refuses to service anyone that doesn't wear a mask... It's 2024 Covid isn't even a thing anymore. Don't believe me, call them and ask before wasting a trip. I don't leave many 1-star reviews, saving them only for situations of extraordinary unprofessionalism but have had TWO experiences with Positive ID that fit into that category. 1. I got fingerprinted by Positive ID a couple years ago and after filling out the required paperwork the person entering my information into the computer copied my name wrong. After that caused a problem she blamed me and gave me attitude when I pointed out that I had indeed spelled my name correctly on the application. 2. I called to ask if it was possible to obtain proof of the background check I had previously done. The customer service person was very rude, interrupting me several times to say she couldn't help me before I could even explain what I was asking for. Eventually I was able to fully explain my question after which I was put on hold, then told "I can't help you" and hung up on abruptly. I was willing to let the first interaction slide on the account of a bad day. Not after the second time. read more

Very professional and pleasant. Definitely knows what they are doing. Was in and out in 20 minutes and over 5 minutes of that was cleaning my hands of ink!!! Would definitely recommend Had short window to get finger prints done....they never responded to email. So if you need something done quickly I wouldnt go here. Prompt, friendly, professional service. Easy to locate in Pikesville with plenty of free parking. I needed to get fingerprinted for a professional license, and they were ready for me on time. Fair prices, plus I like supporting small businesses where the owners are the staff. That makes it more personable too. read more

What a pleasant experience. I didn't expect to enjoy getting fingerprinted , but I did!

No respect for time. Made a 1:15 appointment where I was early and told to wait in the car for a call. 25 minutes past my appointment time I left. A few minutes later they called. Also told that my 9 year old daughter had to wait in the car. Leave a child in the car in the Baltimore area? Not on my watch. I have had my fingerprints done before but I have NEVER experienced such outstanding customer service during my visit. The down to earth vibe of the office and endearing humor of the staff makes the process seem pleasant. Not to mention, they are also quick as lightning in getting everyone processed and out the door.
