I did not have to wait for the young man working at this store to greet me. Krisna was very helpful when I didn't have the QR code for one item. I had happened to have printed the QR Code and description, which was all he needed. I left the store feeling satisfied that all items will be returned and with receipts telling me when the items get to their destination. read more

I interacted with 3 staff members and they were all extremely kind, the cashier went above and beyond to assist and I was in/out within 5 mins! Nice location right off highway 494. Very small store. Inside they have a wall of PO Boxes, a small amount of shipping items and a printer or two. We can by to drop off an item to be shipped and were greeted quickly by the staff. read more

I had an issue tracking a package on its way to me from a receipt related to a transaction at this store. I live out of state so had to call them on the phone, and I found that their staff went above and beyond to help me get the tracking number and make sure my package was on its way safely. The follow up on the issue was super thorough and QUICK - they resolved the complex issue/question I had within an hour. They were also super helpful to my family in person. I shipped two packages on 4/6/21 ground. Kate was awesome! However who ever answered the phone on Thursday morning (male) was horrific 4/8. I explained in full detail my issue and he started raised his voice and started to ask me to explain my issue again. Letting me know he had zero interest/concern of my issue in the first place. He went on the defense. This will be my last stop and I should of went to my favorite UPS location in Roseville, MN on fairview. By far the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. I use UPS Stores very often and decided that I'll pass by this one as I head out in the morning... the single worst decision I've ever made. Not only was the guy rude (I wish I took his name), but he literally refused to ship my package because I chose to omit the package dimensions (an unrequired field) in my pre-printed label. He literally kept saying "yeah won't happen" and "I don't want to do that" when asking him to see if he can ship my package without the dimensions field (which I know works because I've done it just yesterday and I let him know!). He tried to explain to me how this is not a real UPS Store but a private place that also does UPS shipments (which, as per the UPS agent I spoke to, is problematic as they're carrying the UPS brand on their store sign). The guy's unwillingness to help with literally anything lead another customer behind me to start his conversation with "so can I ship UPS packages here? The sign outside says 'UPS Store'", which is just absurd. The guy (Dave?) either owns the place and doesn't want any more business (with customers and hopefully UPS soon) or he just doesn't want to work there anymore and is waiting to be fired. read more

I entered this store and surprisingly there was no line. I was there between 11:30/12:00. Apparently I had just missed the line. Amanda helped me and she had a very positive attitude. Even after having a rush of people needing help, she was in a "cheerful" mood. She asked me how I was doing. I was doing fine... This store is the worst, poor customer service and a terrible "manager" Dave. I came in to ship back a shirt and I already paid for the shipping label but for the life of me couldn't get it to print (it just kept printing blank pages). I asked if I could send them the label and have them print it out (this happened once before and it was another gentleman who helped me and it worked). This so called "manager" said if he printed it out, he was going to charge me $2.00, I asked for what and why and he said because that's what he charged. I honestly believe this was racially motivated and felt like he didn't want to assist nor help me at all. Then when I told him the other gentleman helped me out he got upset and told me he wasn't going to help me at all. His attitude was unpleasant, unprofessional and I feel like he charges based on how he feels. I will never do business at this location and I would think twice if I was you and take your business elsewhere. The crazy part about this is I just left a UPS location (3 minutes away) and the manager of that location not only was friendly but told me to email the tracking slip and he printed it out for free, I was in and out in all of 3 minutes. read more

Ehhh. This UPS store is not great. I came here to drop off package but.. it took forever. Lines were long and didn't have enough workers. I just wanted to drop it off, but it took my a long time to do so. I'd rather go to the customer service center. It's much better with better staffing. read more

I brought in an Amazon return with the pre-paid return label but had not had a chance to tape the box shut. The girl said I had to pay $2 for them to tape the box or buy a $5 roll of tape. This has never happened at the store I normally visit. I won't be going back to this store. read more

If you intend to send a package, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I showed up with pre printed and paid for UPS labels and was told they "don't ship those". Apparently they are independently owned and do not accept UPS packages? The gentleman at the counter disrespected me and said "we just had drugs come through here last week and a lot of red flags are being raised" simply because I had prepackaged items with prepaid labels. Disgusting display of customer service. The fact that this location has this many negative reviews in no surprise. I stopped into this UPS Store on my way to the airport after some shopping. The owner went above and beyond my needs! He suggested a smaller box size, which saved me money, and he made a handle on the box for me to carry to the airport check-in counter for no additional charge! I'll definitely stop there again after my next shopping trip! read more

Then when he got to me and found out I was doing a return for an Amazon item, he banged on the counter and said they do not get any compensation from amazon for doing returns, and cussed some more. I have two experiences with the place. The same old guy who will charge you for tape or refuse to accept the drop in unless you have shipping tape. So never again drop anything there unless you bring some changes to the old guy in the name of put tape over the box that perfectly taped. read more

If I can give zero stars, I would. If you have a simple drop off of a UPS package, do yourself a favor and go to another drop off. The older guy that calls himself the manager is incredibly rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I had an envelope that was reinforced with scotch tape. This was a Manila envelope that had a document in it. It had a prepaid label on it and I just needed a receipt. Dropped it off and the guy tells me that it's not ready for the driver because it has scotch tape and not shipping tape. He tells me to buy a roll or pay 50 cents for him to provide the service. To put packing tape on an envelope for 50 cents?! I told him that all I have is a credit card and that I have 26 cents on me. He tells me that he will provide the service for 26 cents. He really seems to be out of his mind. I didn't want to argue with him so I paid the 26 cents and asked that he does in fact put tape on it. At this, he loses it and tells me to drop it off somewhere else! I calm him down and end up walking out with a receipt but omg, that really was a ridiculous 10 mins of life that I had to waste on garbage. Do not drop your stuff here. I wish I can go back and pick it up and drive it over to a Staples or a Dropbox. read more

The owner of this store is extremely rude. I'm not sure why UPS continues to allow him to operate considering his attitude and poor customer service. His rating on both yelp and google reflect this poor service. I'm not sure what is so difficult about being decent to your customers? They provide your income. The location is soooo convenient for me. The guy that works here is just soooo incredibly unfriendly and unwilling to be helpful in any way without charging you for everything. I have come in a few times to pickup and drop off packages and it is like pulling teeth. I had packages directed here rather than my house due to me not being home. I would pick up and it was like I did something wrong. Sorry for paying UPS to ship my stuff. Today was the tipping point. I walked in with an open box with return goods inside. I purchased a UPS shipping label online and printed it out myself. Walked in to drop it off and was asked if I brought my tape in... WTF? I can't tape this here? You can for a $2 piece of tape. Or you can buy an $8 roll. I turned around and walked out and am telling the Yelp community that I will never again walk into this store and and extremely jaded from doing business with UPS for the simple fact that they have done nothing regarding a store that is tagged with 1 star on a major media site. USPS and FEDEX have more competitive pricing so there are two other options. read more

Even though there is another UPS Store closer to my house, I have started driving to this store (I usually have errands I can run near there anyway). The people that work there are much friendlier than some of the other stores I've been too. Also, once I needed some help with packaging something and the female clerk really helped me out! Horrible service and really no reason for it! You have one older guy who seems to need to control every second/movement from the other workers there and he clearly doesn't care if he comes off as rude. Was trying to return something to Amazon and originally thought I would be able to print off the shipping label myself but ended up not being able to. So went to UPS and it costs about $3 (round up from about $2.83 or something like that) for them to print off the shipping label. **Tip for returns to Amazon. If you are ever without a printer and need the return label printed for you, just pick the option to have Amazon send the return label to you for $1 instead paying $3 for UPS to print out for you. It's ridiculous that it costs $3 to essentially use their printer but it it costs less for Amazon to print AND mail the label to you!! Costs aside though, if you have to go to this location it's best to have your label so you can go in and keep interactions to a minimum. Otherwise you might leave feeling pretty annoyed. read more

Went there to get a document notarized. Service was BAD. A guy that seemed to be the manager told me that I had to call in advance to let them know that I needed a public notary. Furthermore, they only notarized docs during the week. Why didn't you put this. Info in web site? Just wasted my time. Asked him where else I could get this done and he gave me the phone for another ups store. I had to prompt him to call himself. I couldn't help but read the reviews and I think WOW, people are so little minded. They think the local family that owns a big name franchise should do stuff for free. I bet they don't work for free and pay storage in a high priced location and deal with a demanding public that has no concept of what it means to be a good customer anywhere. Regardless, I get exactly what I pay for at a reasonable price and at a convenient location. I treat the people nice and they treat me nice. I buy a mail box, shipping supplies and even birthday cards all in one stop. I don't expect small business owners to serve me as though I deserve something I don't and I don't expect the huge multinationals (UPS) to compensate small business owners fairly so that some couple in Bloomington Minnesota can make a decent living off their brand. I laughed to myself when some guy came in expecting to have his stuff returned via UPS prepaid packed in a shoe box - really! A shoe box! Come on people get reasonable. If you're going to ship something in a box, use a shipping box. If you're buying shoes you'll probably get a shoe box not a shipping box. It's just not that complicated. Use shipping tape, not scotch tape please, just use your heads and a little common sense. I like this store. If you want hardware go to a hardware store; if you want copies go to a printing and copy store - you'll pay more than this guy charges. If you want to ship something I recommend you go to this UPS store, unlike the other reviewers, the folks at this UPS store know their business. Horrible service! I went there to mail a box and I asked them small piece of tape for extra security - nothing bigger than 24" of tape. They told me that I needed to pay $1.50 for the tape or I could buy an entire roll of tape that they sell at store. That's so ridiculous! If they think that few inches of tape is more valuable than customer satisfaction, then I believe that customers should stay away from that place. I left that place, bought tape at Target (way cheaper!) and dropped off at a different location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! read more
