This experience was so horrible I was stunned! I brought in packages that were delivered incorrectly to my home. The person identifying herself as the manager tells me that they "don't take returns here." I explained that the sending company had given me that store to bring them for routing to the correct address. This "manager" stated "I don't care if Jesus told you to bring them just put them in the trash" while waving her hand and shaking her head at me. I was so stunned I simply left the store. This is a lesson learned that I will drive out of my way to bypass this place. read more

With new amazon return policy I can normally just drop my item off at UPS, they pack and ship it for me no problem. Today I brought an item to return along with the proper documentation from Amazon, I had the original amazon box so I brought it in, the UPS worker made me pay for tape to tape the box closed, this is not right at all, with the amazon return policy I don't even have to have a box let alone tape. Instead of arguing I paid the 2 dollars to tape the box shut. I am disappointed in the service and want everyone to know not to try to return anything from amazon there, they do not follow amazons return policy. read more

The people that work here must be on ( or need to be on ) some type of medication!! I have previously had very good encounters with this store, however NOT TODAY!! The owner wasn't there and the clerk that usually is there and is so.... nice and helpful - wasn't there but one that I had seen numerous times was!! I had a label from Amazon for a return normally - they scan the label on my phone and boom it's printed and all goes well! Not today, today it was "oh that's a 3rd party seller return those labels you have to print." I am quite aware that 3rd parties sell on Amazon however this was not the case and even though I tried to explain this to the girl - who by the way had no other customer waiting - she began telling me that it was a 3rd party vendor return and I would have to download and email it to the store. She didn't even attempt to scan the barcode on my phone for the label!! So, I do all of this and while paying for the label, and the strip of tape that she was so interested in telling me WHILE I WAS SPEAKING that it would be $7.01 she kept on lecturing me about how "she knows and this woman she is a 3rd party seller and that happens all the time". Now normally a little information shared is a good thing I am open to it - BUT NOT WHILE I AM SPEAKING!! I tried to say "Well next time I will just have the UPS driver do a pick-up at my house" and before I could get it out of my mouth she's yapping again telling me how much change she is giving me!! Now, it's one thing if the customer is wrong but you don't have to TALK AT THE SAME TIME THE CUSTOMER IS, you don't have to lecture them all the while they are trying to tell you their information. YOU MIGHT JUST MIGHT BE WRONG!!!! SO, IN THE FUTURE I WILL DRIVE FURTHER, PAY MORE MONEY FOR AND TAKE MORE OF MY TIME TO COMPLETE MY PROJECTS JUST SO I DON'T HAVE TO USE THIS UPS STORE ANYMORE!!! I had to ship several guitars to another state and went to this store for help. Upon entering, Sheila helped me right away and was amazing. I had to get extra insurance etc to make sure the packages arrive safely. She was able to save me quite a bit of money on shipping by making sure the packages fit perfectly and were accurately measured to the item and not just the box's predetermined sizes. I worked at UPS 15 years ago and know how that can really improper measurements can impact cost. To make sure the boxes were packaged perfectly, Sheila and the other associates put in hard work and elbow grease to get it done. Their dedication and customer service were amazing.
