Every time I visit this post office, they find new levels of ineptitude. Honestly, I've never seen…read morea place put so much effort into not working. My favorite time in recent years is when I was told I could not pick up cancer medications for my dying mother because I wasn't her. Even after presenting power of attorney and a signed and certified letter from her, they said my mother had to come in and get the medications herself. She could no longer walk or travel, so we never got them. Just this past week I was told that no packages could be sent to countries where the addresses are not in English. So, if you do business with any but a fraction of nations, you are out of luck. I've also been told that boxes from other companies (UPS, Amazon, etc.) cannot be reused if their logo shows. And taping over them doesn't count. So plain, unmarked boxes only! On the upside, this is a great place to go if you want to be sneered at by the employees for walking through the door. My advice- go to the Mount Holly post office up the road. They don't seem angry to handle mail and aren't invested in killing your parents.

I have a PO Box there and as such, I am in there on a near Daily basis. On days when there have been issues, which is exceedingly rare considering how many packages we receive, there have been several occasions where the staff will go out of their way to solve the issue and contact me at home and let me know the issue has been resolved. Also, everyone there is either a native English speaker or speaks perfect English. That seems like a silly thing to comment on but communication is sort of important.
