I've had two bad experiences recently at this store. A month ago I tried faxing 8-pages to a UPS Store in California. The faxes when received in California were unreadable because of long dark lines that concealed some of the data. The California UPS Store told me that the Burlington store needed to clean or shake-out the drum and that it was easy to do. The three workers that day refused to do this saying that were not trained for this task for this task and that a traveling technician would come next week. I then took my documents to Fred Meyer's customer service that did a professional job. Last Saturday I took two Amazon videos to the UPS Store and received two drop-off package receipts. I was told the two items would be placed in a larger container and shipped to Amazon on Monday. By Thursday, I had not received confirmation from Amazon that my two returns had entered their tracking system. I called the UPS Store and was told that NO Amazon returns had been forwarded on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday because the UPS Store had run out of large boxes to ship the items! This is ridiculous. If I had known my returns would be stuck in the UPS store from Saturday until late Thursday or Friday, I would have taken my returns to the post office. UPS Store employees/manager should have told me on Saturday that they did not have designated boxes to forward to Amazon my returns and all of the other customers who had returns during this week. This is a sham business and should be avoided under current ownership. read more

UPS. overnight policy, only seems to work on week days!! On Friday morning the bank set a package to be delivered overnight for a Saturday delivery. Waited all day no package arrived. So on Monday I called the sender, and it was sent Friday am to be delivered on Saturday. Gave me a tracking number. Called UPS, was told that they don't process on the weekend and it will be delivered on the next business day which is Monday. So apparently there is no overnight deliveries on the Weekend!!! So buyer and seller beware. read more

We are full time RV travelers. We had a package delivered to this location but it arrived late so we had to leave for our plans in Vancouver BC. We called the store and asked if they could forward it to us. Instead they offered to hold it for a month and said we could pick it up when we returned. We returned and they could not find the package. They called the next day said they found the package. We went to pick it up and the person in the store again could not find the package. We had to move on to our next destination and a day later they again called and said they had found the package and we would have to pay the shipping to our next destination. We did so. Bottom-line is this place is disorganized and has zero internal communication. Basically UPS stores sell service we have had great service in many different UPS locations. This store would not be one we would recommend. read more

Needed to return a package this morning stood around outside for over 20 min after ten.. the time they are supposed to be open and nothing other people came and went with the same frustration. If it says you open at ten on Saturdays you should open at ten. read more

You need a way to find addresses other than Google maps. Packages are late , get dropped at wrong location, or don't arrive at all. If we had a choice we wouldn't ship through you at all. Other people have had the same problems. read more

The female employee working on 1/16/19 in the evening at the Burlington store is extremely rude and dismissive. This is not the first time we have been treated poorly by her. The UPS website allowed us to schedule a notary appointment at the Burlington store this evening. When we arrived she was snotty and told us the notary had already left. When I stated I made an appointment online and received a confirmation she stated "We don't use the website". Very disappointed and not happy. read more

Zero stars a possibility? Needed documents notarized. UPS Store @ 1777 S. Burlington Blvd makes appt's online. Super convenient, right? Wrong. The second signor drove an hour to meet me at the appt for 2 pm on December 13, 2018, for which I received a confimation email (included below). However, when we both arrived at 1:58 pm and waited in line for about 7 minutes, we were finally told that the notary was not going to be in until later...she had an emergency. Really? Why take appointments then? Why not just state "Notary available most days, call for scheduling." What is super interesting is the email made certain to let us know that we needed to call the store with our conf # if OUR plans changed. Where is the reciprocal courtesy? I will escalate this as far up the UPS ladder of command as I can. I am so tired of sassy 19 year olds with no experience, no manners and 7 piercings visible above the neckline, making far too much @ state minimum wage levels, not showing me proper respect as the customer responsible for the store revenue that pays their check. That is exactly what I experienced from the service counter girl in how she handled my disatisfaction. In addition to my above experience, and completely separate...the store is messy and had a foul & most unpleasant odor like wet dog, the two employees working the front counter were not dressed professionally and presented the complete opposite thereof. I have worked in Skagit county consistently for the last 10 years and I have never utilized this store. I am most certain I will never utilize this store in the future based on my Dec 13 experience. This is easily one of the best UPS Stores I've ever shipped from. I stop here whenever I'm out skiing to ship my equipment home so that I don't have to haul it on the plane. They're so friendly and helpful, allowing me to email a prepaid label, offering tape to seal the box, etc. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and that's not true for every UPS Store. read more

I dropped an item to be packed and shipped out on Friday. They are open each day...Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday...The item finally shipped out on Tuesday! Yes, that's when they told me the customer in CA would receive it! Not cool!! It's shouldn't take 5 days to pack something. No, I'm not going to this store any more! read more

I hate when a worker is helping you and then starts helping other customers who all came in after you. I watched the two guys working wait on 7 people while I just waited and I was there before them all. I finally walked out and left everything there I was going to purchase. Tape , mailing envelopes. Etc. You just don't do that to people. Terrible customer service. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere. They just lost a whole lot of money because I have major amount of items to ship his next whole month. read more

Waited more than 25 minutes past the time they're supposed to open...no employees around at all...line of like 6 people...5-6 came and went...seems like a not do great way to run a business. Will take our Christmas packages somewhere to mail, where they appreciate our money. read more

I am a Canadian who had to return an Amazon purchase. I had no access to a printer to print a return label. The staff here was very friendly, efficient and helpful. This store seems to go above and beyond what you would expect from a UPS store. The employees are really helpful, they not only help you w/ what you are asking for but have great ideas to make things easier. I love that they take my used boxes and wrapping to reuse for other customers and they always have the right size box to loan me too. In April of 2015 I had to send a Dyson vacuum cleaner to a repair center in Kirkland. HELEN at this location was exceptionally helpful. The Kirkland repair facility didn't enter in the correct information, hence my reference code was not coming up correctly in the UPS system. Since I was at UPS, and so was my vacuum, I was going to pay for the shipping myself just to get the show on the road. However, Helen suggested I call the repair facility from the UPS store and voila', with a click of a couple of buttons, all was well. Helen wanted to ensure that I would be able to ship the unit back as expected and I really, really appreciate her excellent customer service, her patience and her ability to make the transaction so smooth. read more
