Went inside the UPS store on Dressler around 3:20 pm on a Monday to drop off 2 packages.There were…read more3 employees working ( or at least I thought so.) Two of them were in the back talking and neither of them bothered to step up and wait on me or acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was off to the side on a computer. After a few minutes one walked up and did something on the register, still never greeted me smiled or said anything. Once employee finished doing whatever they were doing on register I was finally waited on. I'm guessing all three of them were having a bad day.I usually come here much earlier in the day and the morning employees are always friendly.)

I would only say that perhaps you should maybe try to understand what may be going on in Patti's life or any other individual you may feel obliged to critique. Sometimes people have more than one job, family issues, struggles that cause unhappiness etc. The public is not an easy group to continuously be all smiles. Patti has waited on me a zillion times. She is kind and efficient. She trys hard to do a good job. I understand hard times, maybe you have been fortunate not to ever experience them. Good for you if you are in the minority but for goodness sake, show some grace!

I hope they get some therapy or training for this manager because the bald man needs it. If you have to deal with this guy here's what he looks like. Dark hair with bald spot and wears glasses in his 60s. I hope if you have to deal with him, he is having a better day or expect to get the cops called on you for returning your amazon package.

Then they call me an hour later and say they can't take it so I MUST come pick the item back up and take it to their other site by CAK. Yea so, excuse me but who is the logistics company and who is the customer? Let's ask the customer to move product around, which is their job. As far as I am concerned, once you accept the package, you need to figure out how it get's where it needs to go. You don't say oh hey customer can you help us out and come waste your gas, and more importantly time running this package to OUR facility. Sure let me get right on that for you when God knows you have trucks going past Belden EVERY SINGLE DAY. Makes total sense if you want to lose any hope of future business from me and have this put out to the public so others are aware of the poor customer service.
