We had this store pack and ship a package for us. The item wasn't well packaged and by the time it arrived at its destination it had been opened and some of the contents had been stolen! The items that were taken were irreplaceable family heirlooms. If we had known what poor service this store provided, we never would have used them. You shouldn't either. Edit: there was an original artwork print and a poster that were packaged. The poster was delivered but the original artwork print was not. Images as received added. I sent out a package selling though Mercari. This location scanned it and accepted it but never actually shipped it out. I sent it December 29th it was supposed to deliver on the 4th. It is now the 7th, and I have to make a claim for a lost package, why should I have to do that since I did my job as the seller by dropping off the package. Thanks for putting me out of money UPS! If there were responsible workers here this wouldn't happen. read more
