i stay 3 miles from this place and had two packages being delivere. somehow I get one and not the other and now it's a delay. Mind you my package was there since 4:35 in the morning and was scheduled for later that day. a product a paid for faster delivery for two days. How does it not get delivered!!! read more

I do not recommend this store on any level. When they say that they will call you back? You can bet that they will not. I will certainly take my business to another location, one that understands how to treat people fairly. This store has no idea about ANY of that. read more

I was trying to get into the store with large , heavy box and before I could even get in an employee was loudly calling from behind the you counter --"is this a return or are you shipping "? I explained I had another box to go bring in--no one even offered to help hold door as I struggled in. Why couldn't they wai until I got in with both boxes and walked to counter ? There was employee leaning against a post behind counter whining that she hadn't gotten the donut from the box she wanted. The clerk that eventually helped me was very bossy and abrupt . Very odd experience and vibe . read more

Out of all the UPS stores I've stopped at in town, this is the one that seems to have knowledgeable staff. It's also the only one I've found that takes Amazon returns. If you have one, don't drive all over town like I did, come here. It's hard to see from the road but it's behind Wendy's and Rock N Roll Sushi. read more

I love having this on the Westside of Dothan! I use for my Amazon returns and other shipping. The employees at this location are super friendly and efficient! I also Love their selection of greeting cards- they are some of the cutest I have ever seen! read more

I drove an hour and 10 minutes to this location on the recommendation of a friend. And I would do it again!! Miguel helped me pack and send a item for my daughter's wedding that was sentimentally important to us. He gave me all the time and advice I needed to get it safely packed and at the best value we could find. Miguel was professional and courteous as all of the employees at the location seem to be with their customers. It was busy but they took the time needed with each one. I hope that wonderful customer service like this will continue to be encouraged. read more
