I have used the UPS Store in Marianna for many years, both for shipping things and also for getting things I needed printed. I have never had anything less than excellent service. Sometimes the line is a bit long, filled with people who use the Amazon return service available there, and the employees can feel a bit pressured, but a friendly smile and a calm attitude on my part has always gone a long way in keeping things smoothly running. To be honest, the only problems I've ever encountered at this location are "customers" who come across as rude, demanding, unprepared and generally unpleasant. I booked a notary appointment online and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that notaries were not available on Saturday. Their website needs to be fixed to prevent this from happening. I drove 40 miles for nothing. Luckily, I found another notary in the area that was available. I shipped a parcel in august that was haphazardly entered into the system by an employee and the address did not exactly match after I went back in to ask for changes I was told this was all they could do to enter it as this was the mask available on ups system. It went to a business but was specified as a private address and finally lost and not delivered at all. I informed the young lady at the store it contained perishable items and to send it as fast as possible. A week, although not fast the only option. Since then the only help I have gotten from the store after corporate redirected me to them was not even a call back and an employee not trained to help another one who has found employment apparently elsewhere and the owner has not been in and her employees can't get messages to her. USPS has settled a claim of a package shipped the same day, within less than 10 days. You can't even get anyone at corporate to answer the phone or get past the AI system. I will use other shipping options in the future. They are great for Amazon returns that's it. Update I got a call from the owner and she explained she a franchise not directly linked to ups and has really no other options as me as a customer. Sad but true the state of affairs these days. I upgraded my evaluation as the owner can not be responsible for the employees having a bad day or quitting. They are always friendly and helpful and make sure to tell me how much they appreciate me and the business I bring them. Their prices are extremely exorbitant. When you complain, they'll tell you that all UPS Stores have the same pricing. But, it's not true. When I must ship UPS, I travel about an hour away to Panama City, just to avoid the Marianna store. I had passport photos taken there once years ago, and they came out so badly that they were not accepted by the passport office, and it set me back several weeks. Avoid this store! read more

I used this store to send an overnight guarantee next day delivery and it was a day late so I should have received a refund of $35.69 but 20 days later still no refund but plenty of lies and stories from the manager. She refused to give me a refund and blamed it on UPS corporate. However they said she never even filed for one. They have no record of her contacting them.
