UPS greatness at its best . This has to be the busiest UPS store I have ever seen . The staff is so professional and friendly they make it look like a walk in the park . If I could give them zero stars I would. They are so rude and inconsiderate. In the middle of the natural disaster and recovery of hurricane Helene, I'm trying to return things to Amazon and I miss packed something in clear bags from their self service check out area for Amazon returns, and they wouldn't even let me take home the plastic bags that I separated and packed my little things in, after spending a lot of time sorting things that looked almost identical into separate orders in those clear bags they wouldn't let me take the plastic bags with me. They ripped the labels off of them, took the plastic bags, dumped my stuff out on the counter and told me to do it properly and come back another time or that they would charge me a dollar for each container.. They wouldn't even let me keep the clear plastic bags that you put your stuff in. They said well we are a business and we paid for it. I said so you're just going to throw those away and you won't let me take them home with me? they said no we're going to reuse them. I don't know how they are going to reuse them, now that they have holes in them from where they ripped off the labels. I'm never going back to that store again. A little kindness goes a long way and they didn't have any kindness to spare. And to think that they were giving away stickers saying Appalachia Strong. As if they supported people who were going through the disaster. Here I have lost the land I was living on and some greedy store won't even let you have a plastic bag. They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't give them your business they don't deserve it. Drive further and give your business to someone who deserves it. read more

Took an Amazon return to them they took care of everything friendly professional and people pleasing

I hate to even vent my review online because I am very pro "support your local businesses" and have never had a negative experience with The UPS Store in Elizabethton until today. Doing a favor for a friend, I designed a 3' x 10' birthday banner and went to The UPS Store to have it printed. I expected a large format color plotter printout in PAPER (for a one time use type banner) and what I got was a $135 vinyl banner! The graphics representative apparently said vinyl, but I guess I didn't catch that and the cost is astronomically more than a paper printout. I could have had the same vinyl print done so much cheaper through gotprint.com or uprinting.com. Apparently The UPS Store does not have the capability to print large format prints from a paper roll so length beyond 36" is a definite problem. I should have asked for the price quote before I said yes, that's on me. But as I said to snarky Saidy, I will eat the $135, but I will only step into their establishment again when I need to return an Amazon package. A huge miscommunication and lack of capabilities cost me big time today. Buyer beware. read more

We always have the best service at this UPS. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to be fingerprinted for my employer it was a fast and flawless process. I also had to register for my CC permit . Again another fast and flawless transaction. I work from my home and when I have a computer to return to my firm I always take it to the UPS store to ship back. They also make signs , badges, and much more. read more

Great store, they do it all here. Over the past several months we've used their services to ship a package, make copies, have a custom sign made, return an Amazon.com purchase and have photos done for a government ID. Very upset my packages never got to destination. Spoke with the girl that shipped them , told Monday delivery. Not out for delivery Monday called store was told it happens this time of year she will get back to me ! I am not sure I will use this store to ship the rest of packages!p read more

The Customer Service at this UPS location is STELLAR. The store reps are knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and friendly. They really seem to enjoy their job. Tammy Taylor, the owner and Notary, has helped me with loads of legal documents (scanning, printing, copying, notarizing, shipping) ~ on time and perfect execution. She is SUPER helpful ~ even willing to notarize at my location when/if necessary. I have also used their storage services (Cherokee) with great success. I highly recommend this store to anyone. It is my favorite business in Elizabethton. Five star experience every time! read more
