I emailed earlier in the day about shredding services and received a prompt reply complete with…read morepricing. No appointment required, either. Cool. Large parking lot next to Martin's makes for easy access. Even though I went at a busy time (5 p.m.), I was in/out in a reasonable time and expense. All the staff was friendly and efficient. I like that. Has my lights all aglow on my "Give 'em a whirl" meter. Ship and shred here.

For example, one Saturday afternoon I took a package over for a return and they close at 1:30; actually, it was a bit after 1:30 and I'm sure they were anxious to close and get about their business on a Saturday. As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others. To me that is going above and beyond For your customers. The Cobblestone area is most fortunate to have this kind of a store available to us for all of our mailing needs, be it mailing, copying, shredding . Etc. etc. etc. they do it all and with a smile. You just can't beat that!

Victory Driveaway - Proof (explain that. Did they mention that)I paid somebody's bills definitely not my own

If you are thinking about contracting with Victory Driveaway know this. My girl friend and I drove…read morefor them for about 4 months. The entire time I drove for them I wasn't ever able to make enough money to actually save anything. If your new they wont tell you about the trouble your going to encounter when you deliver to these remote locations that have absolutely no way of leaving there. And the people that live there they know the situation your in and there going to rape you. And you will have to pay whatever they ask because your stuck. God forbid you get Gabriella as your dispatcher, she is a lazy dumb bitch that is a liar and two faced. It makes her feel good to see you suffer. Just a heads up. Over all if it weren't for the people that run the business, it could of been awesome. There selfish and will simply use you until the day comes when they will cut ties with you, and when they do hopefully you aren't in to bad of a situation when they do. Cause they don't give a dam about you. Just remember that.

The only thing I agree with in your response is that a lot of details were left out regarding the…read moreincidents. The fact is, there are supporting documents that show clear evidence of mismanagement and a disregard for the safety and well-being of a driver who was new to your company and the industry. These documents highlight how someone eager to learn, trusting the process, and treating others with respect can be taken advantage of and mistreated. On several occasions, your employees were bold enough to admit their faults, but I was still left to pay for them. From day one, the very first load, I had to pay for your broken vehicle because your dispatcher forgot to advance the gas money. Later, after I paid over $1,200, your manager admitted it was not my fault, but I was never reimbursed and continued to pay until the negative balance was cleared. Despite this, I stayed and paid, thinking the experience I was gaining was worth more than the disregard shown toward me. However, this situation put me on a target list when your claims department went back on their decision about the $663 tow, probably because they saw I was covering for the dispatcher's mistake. I just agreed, hoping to keep the job, and figured what's $50 payments when I'm gaining valuable experience. I have facts and paperwork to back up my side, while you have the words of employees who have your ear and are trying to hold on to their jobs.
