Obviously he couldn't care less about customer service or letting me know when Dustin might be off his lunch break. We had multiple bags of shredding and several complicated boxes with paintings for mailing that we brought in late on a weekday in October. DJ, an employee at the store, helped us. He was kind, efficient, patient, and helpful. When we received the boxes that he'd packed and mailed that day to our home in California, we were happy to see how incredibly well they had been packed. This store is very rude and accosts people for the exact specifics of the contents of their packages. Do not use this store unless you want to be interrogated in front of the whole store. If they are concerned about firearms or hazardous things, then they should ask the individual about those items instead. Will NOT return. Other UPS stores do NOT have this practice. read more

Having a document notorized seems like an easy thing to do, but it's hard to find a friendly, intelligent, supportive person to notarize a document. You claim that the military base had a mandatory security inspection that resulted in my package being late by over 6 HOURS but, interestingly enough, I called the UPS Store at that military base and was told no such mandatory security inspection would cause that kind of a delay. The UPS Stores on base also advised me to file a claim with UPS to request a refund. Why would they advise me to do that if they didn't believe UPS was at fault? I use this UPS store all the time for both personal/Amazon packages as well as shipping for large corporate events across the US. They have been very proactive, friendly, and have even gotten to know me by name over the past year. I have always been treated with respect and they have clearly communicated costs and any discrepancies in addition to how to save money in the future. It's unfortunate that many people confuse this franchise/privately owned UPS store with the actual UPS company and their trucks that go through our neighborhoods, they are not the same company. Pro tip - if you want to save money, get ahead of your shipping deadlines and ship things as soon as possible. If you need to overnight a box it's not going to be cheap. read more

The counter person is a bit gruff. "Put in on the scale" seems to be her standard greeting, preceded in my case by a mumbled "how can I help you?". I went in to return DIRECTV equipment and she was very quick and efficient, and had me out of there with my receipt in about 2 minutes. read more

I was surprised and thrilled to have a UPS store open closer to our small business. I take multiple packages daily. Some are heavy. I'm grateful to the weekday staff, helping me jack the door open. RIP OFF! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. My packages magically grew by inches while in the store. The reason I know is because I compared USPS and UPS rates before going to the store. I measured the boxes and knew how big they were and how much they weighed. Shopping these 6 boxes would have cost roughly $150 if I'd have just printed out the labels myself. Worst UPS store I've ever been to!!!! I had critical paperwork that needed to be delivered within two days down in Denver. To make sure it was delivered in the time I needed I paid $37.40. The correct address was on the envelope. The clerk input it wrong. They never sent it back to me, no call. Took 13 days to make it right!!!! No apology, " their human error" . On three separate occasions, I have given my business to this UPS Store. All three times, I have had the same clerk. He is sour, has no customer service in him at all. He is in his twenties, I guess, has dark hair, brown eyes and a black stud earring (for description sake). I worked for both PakMail and FedEx and neither one would put up with this. I use this UPS store all the time. The people are friendly and after reading other reviews, at Christmas time, yes, they were busy, but I always found them open for a quick chat. I highly recommend the store and the UPS service that they recommended for a guaranteed three day delivery, well, that's what the market will bear.
