    I use them to return my Amazon packages, and it's always quick and easy. I have also had them box up items for mailing.

    Every time I have gone to the store whether it be for an Amazon return or a quote, they have always been great to work with.

    I was a regular customer here using their printing service which is $1 for every page printed. I…read morecreate and pay for my own shipping labels for my small business and only need them printed. However, the manager wanted to over charge me for EVERY ONE of my own labels on EACH page. They have never done this before, and i've been using their printing service for the past several months. I have always only paid for just the # of prints/pages. He said it was for "processing". I told him I will drop them off & mail them myself. I should only be paying for the NUMBER of pages i'm printing not for WHAT i'm printing. He grabbed all my prints and said kept saying "this doesn't seem to be working out" unwilling to explain the extra charges and was attempting to throw them all in trash. He then says "You're arguing over 2 dollars?". He purposefully wanted to over-charge me for their printing service! It should have been $3 for 3 printed pages. They don't care about their customers or even their regular customers like I was. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! They also aren't very friendly most times either. All the other times they only charged for the # of pages i've printed. The same manager even helped me once before and never did this to me. So this makes no sense!!! Im only printing not having them "processed"?! Not to mention the guy who started my transaction decided it was time to clock out and started saying bye to his coworkers/left mid-transaction without saying anything to me before this manager who was nearby took over. I worked retail and this was considered rude and you must always completely finish helping your customer before leaving even if it's your time to clock out for the day. Clearly they don't value their customers. DO NOT give them business!! Unprofessional customer service!!

These packages contain perishable food items; we are fed-up with FedEx. Garbage service! Horrible! They are costing my brother's business money. He is successful at his business and this behavior is thoroughly unacceptable. This behavior is intentional and must be corrected by FedEx.

If UPS can why can't they?…read more I ordered a new phone from Verizon with an over night shipping. two days later I called Fed Ex and inquired filed a claim and waited. After 4 days I called again and was told that could not locate my package and were not sure where it was. I could have called Verizon and ordered another but I wanted to see how far this would go. Six days later I called again and spoke to a corporate official, I was told they were very sorry but they could not locate my item and it would be best to order another one from Verizon. That after noon i went to the hub to pick up another item I had ordered and got to talking to the lady at the counter I told her my story and she was not surprised at all. A Driver overheard my conversation and asked where it was coming from. I told him and let me know that the central part of the country had been hit with a huge snow storm and the distribution center was locked down and mass confusion was happening there because packages were piling up. I thanked him for his forthcoming information and we both agreed that FedEx Corp's were clueless. Why didn't the people I spoke to just tell me what I had to learn from a driver? Why did Fed Ex chose not to admit they were having issues with deliveries because of inclement weather? Why did I have to learn this from a Driver? Once again the working stiff is the one who knows more than the pencil pushers. Very sad! One week after we received the replacement phone, we got a call from a lady in Texas asking if we were missing a package. After we verified our address with her I asked here what it was so she opened it. It was a phone. She lived in Central Texas, we live in Southern Colorado our addresses are nothing alike. I repeat, NEVER USE FED EX if you can help it!
