I've been using this UPS store for over 15 years and every time I've received service with a smile and efficiency. This last time was beyond what one might expect; I had a very heavy item to be returned via Amazon's policy and one of the representatives came out with a hand lift and brought it in for me. I want to start off this review by giving Mr. Larry a HUGE shout out for his excellent customer service!!!!! My package was late to its destrination and Mr. Larry worked hard to find out where my package was located. He even called me periodically through out the day to give me updates! The package was finally delivered on Saturday and Mr. Larry called me on that following Monday to see if the package was delivered. I visited the store on 1/14/24 trying to return multiple Amazon packages. The tall young man was VERY impatient. I had to tell him 3 times to give me time to find the correct package (I didn't open the bags) for each label. After the 3rd time, he started helping other ppl. By the time I got to the last package, he told me the return QR code had been used so something was messed up. If he hadn't of rushed me, I probably could've gotten it correct. He had AirPods in so he probably couldn't hear me anyway. AirPods shouldn't be worn when you are dealing with customers. And he has to be patient with everyone! read more

After calling later in the day to see what sizes they offered, I was told by an associate that they didn't offer the service. read more

Take your business elsewhere. Dropped off a time sensitive package and paid for next day delivery. Been over a week and package never even left the store. Now they're starting and investigation because they don't know what they did with the package. Horrible customer service, over the phone the store associate tried to lecture me as if it was my fault. I also called and spoke with UPS1800# just to make sure an investigation is actually done. Update: was refused a refund for the shipping and the owner Sherlyn refused to take accountability for their mistake and blamed it on ups. Also told me to remove this review. I have had the good fortune for the past ten years to use this UPS location to efficiently return purchased items safely, mail domestically letters and packages and know they will be delivered on time and to mail internationally packages to my son in Hong Kong! Shirley and Larry and ALL their staff are always efficient, communicative, courteous, and honest! During this COVID19 era, I have found that they carefully marked with arrow and printed directions the way they would address each customer's needs, following the CDC Guidelines for safety and social distancing - easily read big blue arrows on the floor guide us the customers! read more

I have shipped at this UPS store quite frequently and have received nothing less than the best customer service. I was greeted upon entry and have never experienced a negative interaction with Shirley, Larry, Tony, Sharon, or Kia. Most of my transactions at this location were completed by Shirley and they were quick and painless. She is always very friendly and provides suggestions for the best route to get my package to its destination for the cheaper cost and within a certain time frame. This location is very convenient, so I am glad I do not have any complaints that would cause me to have to take my business elsewhere. I will never go to this UPS Store again. I dropped off a package containing extremely important documents last year. UPS lost the box which caused a huge problem and hours of work to resolve. The lost package was not the fault of the UPS Store. However, when I had to ship another package with extremely confidential information, I took it to the this location. I needed tape to secure the package so I was going to purchase some there. One of the staff members offered to tape the package for me. That was nice of him, but when I told him that I wanted to see that the package was secured, he became extremely rude and was quite insulting. He even said, "I could open the package after you leave." If I had the time, I would have left with my package to take it to another location. He was arrogant and had no customer service skills what so ever. This store does not deserve this one star! read more

I was nervous to visit this location based on the low rating, but it was the most convenient option for my Amazon return. When I arrived it was a little busy but the staff was keeping things moving. The gentleman who helped me was able to scan my return label code from my phone and print out the label in the store. He checked to be sure my return was sealed, placed the label on the package, and gave me tracking information. My daughter and I were in and out of the store in approximately 10 minutes. read more

What makes them stand out is that when I take the time to explain my need, they accommodate me by providing the services that are a best fit for my budget and urgency. Terrible communication! Dropped off a package & I had printed my own label from home. I had ups print me a return label. Didn't realize that I had put the same address for From & To. Now you would think I would've have received my package back to myself, NO! They can't even find my package BUT it has a tracking on it so how can't you? Call customer service they say my package never left & to go to where I dropped it off. Mind you i dropped the package off last week(no phone call no alert no nothing) I go to the store where I dropped my package off & they say they don't have it but it showing processed in another city. Call the other city they don't haven't it! Call customer service again they telling me that I was never processed in another but my app shows me it was smh. Do do an investigation then tell me it will take up to 8 days! It's been a week already! TERRIBLE! I should have stayed with the ppl I always dealt with but where I was going this ups was closer. Just found out 9/17/18 10:54pm that my investigation has been stopped b/c insufficient description? WHAT IN THE......."car light lenses, 8 of them" how simple can I get? They re-opened my investigation back up, are you serious? UPS is full of it! I don't want the money for losing my package, I just want my package! read more

I was going to leave this be but after I wasn't even refunded for the shipping that I paid for a package that was never delivered I couldn't help it. UPS is RIDICULOUS. I mailed a watch to be fixed. I actually chose UPS to avoid issues similar to this one that I hear more often happen through the post office. I Used the envelope given to me by the watch brand's store. Long story short my watch didn't make it. The envelope was delivered to the repair center with a hole in the top of the envelope. It went from being lost to damaged (because it was apparently found somewhere in the warehouse) but has since been re-found again and noone knows where it is (THIEVES). I paid for $200 insurance (even though the watch was $300...I would've been better receiving my watch back and just reshipping it!!) and after the owners filed the claim for me (this took about 1 mo of me calling and checking) it was denied by UPS claims company claiming that my packaging (supplied by the watch repair center/brand store and approved by postal services) was denied. It took me to email all of these parties in 1(this ups store, the watch repair center, and I included info for the store I was given the envelope from as well as my claim denial letter) before UPS mysteriously REVERSED my so called DENIED CLAIM and gave me a check for $204. (I was supposed to be refunded the $200 for insurance and if I recall correctly I paid about $14 for the watch to be shipped (why would you not refund me for shipping and it never made it to its destination?)) In the end....I'll definitely be giving FedEx a shot next time. This experience was a complete turn off...not just with this store (the owners were at least trying to help) but with UPS as a company. read more
