On Monday, May 18th, I utilized this store's third-party shipping services to drop off a package. After tracking showed no movement for over a week, I visited the store today to ask the customer service representative at the shipping desk about their standard USPS pickup schedule to see if there was an operational bottleneck. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with extreme condescension. The employee at the counter openly complained about customers using their drop-off services, treated my basic inquiries with visible annoyance, and gave no viable explanation as to why a package had been sitting in their store for over eight days without a mail carrier pickup. Furthermore, she allowed a random bystander to make snarky remarks toward me, and the moment I walked away--having remained entirely polite and calm--the employee immediately began gossiping and making smart remarks about me with that individual. "Nasty-nice" customer service and whispering behind a customer's back is entirely unprofessional. If this location cannot handle third-party shipping operations or train its staff to speak to paying customers with basic respect, they should discontinue the service altogether. I will be escalating this interaction to store management and corporate. Avoid this location if you expect professionalism. read more

I needed to fax some papers off so I decided to stop by. The cashier was really friendly, but the cashier near the copy machines didn't speak at all. If I need to fax something else, I'll visit again. read more

Never have enough people working and the few that are there are very rude. Waited in line for 45 minutes just to return and amazon package.

So the store is pretty clean no one ever approached me to see if I needed anything and the topper on this review is after I checked out one of my bags left behind and even though there's no one left after me now I took a moment to walk over and help me my bag that I left behind or even notify me when I walked out the door that I left something there and as you can tell in the photograph it is raining so I had about $30 worth of items sitting in a bag with no notification not exactly stellar customer service but I guess if you need things for your office it's either this or Office Depot Not sure which one is the lesser of the two evils LOL read more

I come here quite often to print for my business and other personal materials. Today I received the worst service from Violet. The new GM was very nice nasty as well. I arrived before they opened and left with nothing. I will never shop at this location again. As a rewards member and a constant shopper. I am appalled. The GM insinuated that I work in fast food when in fact I work in the clinical research field. I felt like my needs were not met because I was black. As the GM TOLD ME... Keshia , the self proclaimed manager did not acknowledge me after standing at the desk for 5 minutes. She was very rude, when I stated, very calmly she was being rude she walked away. I was attempting to laminate a photo and was told before that I could do that - she didn't bother to tell me that pics couldn't be laminated until I asked what I would have to do next day - so I would have wasted a trip back. Additionally she stated she was the manager and only employee there, but called 2 other employees to pick something up off the printer... wow, worst customer service in a business store I have EVER experienced, if thsts management this store should be shut down. Went during back to school time because I'd volunteered to pick up some school supplies to donate. The staff was pleasant enough and the store was stocked fully with the sale items and they were doing a good job of keeping it neat and organized. Not really near me I just so happened to be in the neighborhood visiting a friend and I had a $10 off $30 Staples coupon that was expiring that day and wanted to use it. I visited the printing center because my home printer is broken. The staff were friendly, but not knowledgable about the services offered by the printing system. The staff person just seemed lost. I was very grateful that a more seasoned staff person took over. I got my prints, but I don't recommend visiting the print center. read more

The staff is unprofessional and will leave you on hold all day! They will also act like they don't want to help you. They are very SLOW.

Got a super-duper deal on a laptop for my son for Christmas. It was an online only deal which I was picking up from the store when we visited Atlanta. The folks here are friendly enough, even if the young lady did not once look me in the eye when I took delivery of it, and her 'thank you' sounded more perfunctory than sincere. Regardless, I fear that Staples will go the way of the dodo bird some time soon. The store was pretty quiet for 2 days before Christmas despite all the price-slashing. I was I in the store to pick up some supply's for my business and the staff just not friendly as I expected. I worked for Office Depot back in the days when I was in school and the most important thing for the store managers was customer service, we had to greet every customer came in the store, you just don't see that any more, even when I was walking around in the store, no one associate asked if I needed some help. They just doing their own thing. I had to order two custom made stamps and the lady in the copy center told me I should go home do it online, because the system is slow and they are about to close (it was 6:00 pm and they close at 7:00pm). So my question to her was you can't order my stamps in one hour? And she reply you can try yourself, so she let me use the computer and I ordered them in 20min. No customer service at all, she was talking on the cell phone the whole time. read more

Never ever ever go to staples in Fayetteville for laminating. They ruined all of my prints, costing me time and money to reprint. Bubbles all over the prints. You would think they would stop at the second sheet of mistakes. I didn't even know that this could happen to my stuff and didn't sign anything that may have told me they're not liable for their mistakes. Their only help resolving the issues was, "We can print them here (which staples isn't good for printing photos) or we can give you a coupon." Really? Is a coupon going to cover the $20 I just lost on my prints? I left very unhappy and disappointed with the solutions the supervisor came up with later. They don't care if they mess up your keepsakes.
