I've used this store 15-20 times in the past few years, don't remember having a bad experience. I like not having to box some Amazon returns when returning here. A couple years ago they may have been slower but they do a good job, definitely deserve some positive comments. I recommend them. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE I dropped off 3 packages for return I had a label for one I needed one to return to Amazon and another with the same address as the one that I already had. The lady in the store told me she would take care of it I said it just needs to go to the same place as the usps label that I had. I received confirmation on two of the packages. But hadn't heard anything on the bigger package which had $500 worth of return parts in it it seemingly vanished the manager assured me that nothing would leave without a label yet they have no record of the other box. So either one of the employees stole it or they let a truck take it without a label. They acted like oh well not our problem. No help what so ever If you want your packages to get delivered DO NOT USE this store read more

The staff is very helpful when sending a package. However, if you have an issue with your shipment during shipping or post delivery, they are not helpful and cannot point you in a direction to receive help. And with UPS, the store is the official shipper, not you, the customer, so makes it even more difficult when discussing your concerns with UPS. You also cannot use your UPS account at the store. read more

The staff is really nice, but in the last month we have lost three packages Because the staff member was giving our packages to the wrong individual, We were lucky that the UPS customer was generous enough to return the package, we had to meet at our local Kroger store in the area. Not sure if we're going to renew our UPS box 2020, We called the UPS office to let them know that this has happened three times. She was really not paying attention the first time and I had to say hello, Just really not happy with the situation first time happening been with the UPS office for almost 2 years. We are a small business and I'm kind of afraid to send packages there. So small business owners beware. read more

The people at the ups store really seem they love logistics. They smiled and greeted, very different then the time I went to the post office where everyone who worked there looked tired and just waiting until they can leave. The place had A/C and was clean. You know what? The next time I am going to ship something. It's going to be ups cause they look patient and willing to take my package. read more

I went stopped by because I had an item to be packed and shipped. I was told it would be $107. I went to Office Depot in Pearl, they packed and shipped the same item for $35. BIG DIFFERENCE! read more

Had to have a document notarized, stopped in around 1200 and could not get it done as the person was out. Came back late in the afternoon and the person who does this is now gone, so lost out on getting this done until the week started again. If the only time people had to do things is lunch time, and you only have one person who can do it, why are they not there? If your open till 630pm and people get off of work around 5pm, then why aren't you open full service. Maybe you need another person that can notarize. read more

Please avoid this store. There is a female there who rude and most unprofessional. Additionally they overcharge. It appears they only want to serve one part of the community. Avoid them like the plague!!! read more
