It isn't busy at all. No long lines. Very fast but average service from staff. Staff isn't rude or anything but he doesn't look too happy either. After they realized it was an iPhone, the package mysteriously disappeared and was never returned, according to the tracking number. I later read other reviews with similar complaints, especially about valuable shipments going missing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. These people are crooks, and you risk losing your package entirely. They also charge 5$ to print out a shipping label, which is just one sheet of regular copy paper.

If I wanted to a few days to extend, I needed to pay extra. They even told me this applies to all UPS stores. When I asked if I can pay extra, they denied the service. I have my shipment delivered to several UPS stores and that never occurred! I just called their customer service, and they told me this policy is not true. They can hold our package for five days without charge. Seven day for special customers. They are investigating it now. The sad part is one of my items is still being delivered there and I need to call the ups customer service to tell them to hold my item till end of the day and for seven extra days. I will never order my items to this place again due to ill manner and scamming services! I hope UPS customer service do a thorough investigation on this site so that this site will follow their policy in the future!
