However, the store employee insisted that I had to use the original packaging, and told me that if I needed an additional box, I would have to pay separately for the box. I understand that UPS may charge for packing services, but the problem is that the employee presented the original packaging as a requirement when Amazon's return instructions did not say that. Customers should not be pressured into paying extra for packaging based on requirements that are not actually stated in the return instructions. I would not recommend this location for Amazon returns.

I had come to ship some time sensitive documents going to immigration. The service was excellent, workers are very polite and customer friendly and sometimes go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. They showed me all my options for next day service and my documents got there right on time. The other time I was here I wanted to ship a PS4 to Atlanta but I didn't have any box or packaging with me, but they assured they will take care of it since it was a fragile item. I had asked the receiver to send me pictures of the package and the item once it gets delivered and when he did I was surprised how amazingly the packaging had been done.
