Chandler has done several signs and posters for my sons' graduation parties over the years, and every single one has been fantastic. Most recently, she helped me with something especially meaningful. My older son received a stretched canvas image as his varsity senior gift, and my middle son did not. I was really hoping to recreate that keepsake for him, so I brought the image into Rapid Printing Press. Within just two days, Chandler emailed me a proof. Even though the color wasn't an exact match to the original, she took the time to work with me, and I ended up ordering both versions. The final result was absolutely beautiful. What meant even more to me is that she saved the design so that when my youngest graduates, I can order the exact same canvas as a memorable keepsake for him as well. This was all done right before Christmas Eve, and I could not have been happier or more impressed with the quality, care, and turnaround time. After a week, I called and left a message asking when I would get my quote. A week later, they still hadn't returned my call. So, I found another local printer who gave me a quote on the spot and got my calendars done in a couple of days. Mailed a fragile package through PH for, firstly, an obscene amount of money. I chose PH due to the…read morefact it uses many differing courier companies for the best deal I could find. I had called my local Postmaster to inquire how to package this fragile parcel. He instructed me on what best practice would be, and I followed it to the letter. Mailed the package, and it arrived at its destination with a HOLE punched THROUGH the center of the package, contents completely destroyed. PH will not refund the cost of shipping because "my package was not professionally packaged." I guess I wasn't aware that to mail fragile parcels in the United States they now have to be professionally packaged? I wasn't even told my parcel needed to be professionally packaged, was not informed of a policy, or even hinted at that it wasn't packaged appropriately. No. PH 100% doesn't stand behind their own services of handling with care. Not even a long shot.

Waited around all day and at 6:49pm got an email from Amazon saying the package was delayed due to "delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible". My driveway was plowed and there was just a dusting of snow, so there was no reason the driver couldn't get to my front door! This is very frustrating. I wait all day and don't get the package I needed. I can't imagine there are that many package deliveries in this area on a Sunday that it would take a driver all day and then they still don't deliver it. I called the main USPS number and was told it was now showing deliver on Wednesday 3 days late! Unbelievable. Was giving the direct number to this location and nobody answers. We deserve better in this area!

The service is not reliable. It's not uncommon to not have mail delivered or picked-up…read more They never answer the phone, ever. It's been that way for at least 17 years. They sat on a package that I mailed out of Forest Lake for 3 months. I went back several times to ask them to look for it as it's listed as not sent, they said nope, not here. It was there all along according to tracking. When you get a notice that a package is waiting for you to pickup and you go there they never have it. Then they tell you it's being delivered. Then you get a notice at your mailbox that you have to pickup again. It's like a game. It makes zero sense.
