This location has plenty of parking right out front and a large area inside to work on projects or get packages ready for shipping. The first time I went in there was one representative helping another lady but he made sure to let me know he would be with me shortly. Within a couple of minutes he was ready to help me out. It was quick, painless, and a good experience. The second time I went in there was a different college aged guy working who was equally friendly and helpful. He helped me get my project underway and I was in and out of there quickly. From start to finish here there was service with a smile and these folks really got the job done well.

I waited in line for about 35 minutes, and when I finally got to the counter the worker immediately had an annoyed and irritated attitude. I understand it can be a busy day, but I had also just stood in line for a long time. She looked at my package and asked what I was doing with it, and I politely explained that I was returning it and showed her the packing slip. She then told me she could not tape the package for me, which was fine, but said I would have to go back in line, buy tape, tape it up myself, and then wait in line again for another 35 minutes. The way she said it felt dismissive and almost like she was enjoying how frustrated I was getting. I asked if I could just buy the tape right there and tape it up, and she said that was not an option. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude. I ended up doing exactly what she said, waiting in line again, and this time I was helped by a different clerk who told me I could have bought the tape and taped the package when I was first at the counter. That was extremely frustrating and confirmed for me that the first worker was being difficult for no real reason. I would not recommend this post office based on this experience. It also seemed like other people were getting similar treatment from her. The rest of the staff did seem nicer, but even one experience like this reflects poorly on the location as a whole.

While waiting for the parts to come, my family's laundry of 9 started to quickly pile up to an embarrassing amount. Thankfully, The Bubble worker received my newbie request on how to work the new washer app system with kindness and grace. She was patient with me and I felt very cared for. I had to leave early before my laundry was done, but she was kind enough to switch my loads to the dryer. They then bagged it and had it ready for me behind the desk, keeping everything safe. I am blown away. I feel these days excellent customer service is hard to come by, but I received it here!! 5 star review, and I will be telling any other moms if they are in the same situation to come here and give the Bubble their business!

One of my recent experiences involved another customer being charged incorrectly because the sign on the machine said $2.25, but when he started it, it charged him $3.25. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the young blonde employee immediately started arguing with him about it. The customer pointed out that the posted price should be honored, and after arguing for a while, she finally gave in -- but only after ripping the sign off the wall. She continued being rude to him for the rest of the time he was there. Another time, the employee with brown hair and glasses was sitting on her phone at the register and told a customer to remove someone else's laundry from a dryer so he could use it. That should have been handled by staff, not another customer. When the owner of the laundry came back and saw someone had touched their clothes, it turned into a loud argument right in front of other customers and children. They were getting in each other's faces, and it honestly looked like it could turn physical. I asked the employee if she heard what was going on, and she basically shrugged it off and went right back to sitting on her phone instead of trying to de-escalate the situation. My most recent experience was asking for help because a dryer door wasn't closing properly. Instead of helping politely, the same employee came over with an attitude and said, "It's not that hard to close," basically belittling me for asking for assistance. Customer service here is awful. The employees constantly sit around on their phones, act annoyed when customers need help, and the place itself is filthy. The bathrooms constantly smell so bad. I would not recommend coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no other option.

Requested arrival at motel at 9 and Cory was on time exactly. Very professional nice clean van. He even loaded my bags.approx 30 min drive with normal tourist conversation. I will definitely use them again. I felt the price of $70 flat fee was a little steep but, well worth it due to the bind I was in. Very skeptical of using cab sr car and traveling alone but definitely will use again if I ever have to come back up here. Thank you for ur kind services. I was flying home to TN.

We did not really check for hours on the door we assumed with the door open the store is open. There are polite ways to ask us to come back in 5 minutes. You do not have to be rude to a customer. I supported the store above other stores in Grand Forks as a dear friend used to manage a Salvation Army store in another city.
