Sandy did a poor job at repairing a torn seam on a winter coat. When I brought it back to her…read moreafter the seam separated once again after only 3 or 4 days, I suggested a patch instead. She agreed and took the coat and kept it for over a week and did nothing. When I requested the coat be returned at an agreed upon time due to colder weather coming, she got mad and threw the coat at me with the demand that I not bring it back. The coat was in the same condition as it was when I paid her $20 cash, which she refused to refund. She then threatened to call the police on me when I told her I wasn't leaving without a refund. (insert door slam here). She may have a talent for something, (not sure what), but her wildly inappropriate and unprofessional conduct should be a warning sign for anyone considering doing business with her. 1 star rating is being generous, she really deserves 5 on the negative side.
