The owners seem to really dislike dealing with customers which is a problem when youre a retail store. I've literally never scene them welcome a customer, never a single smile, and they usually avoid all eye contact. They look at the package, scan it, and hand you a receipt. Always a scowl and they must be the owners because everyone that works there seems to follow their lead. I see from the other reviews that most everyone else has the same experience. The service being offered is a pretty straight forward, which always satisfactory, but how about a friendly "hello", a smile, a "thank you", an acknowledgment, and maybe even a "nice to see you again" once in a while. Please try being nice to your customers. Thank you.

The UPS call center number transferred me to a foreign call center which was zero assistance. They instead told me to contact UPS. When I said I dialed UPS they said they are just a call center and know nothing and can do nothing. They couldn't even answer questions about the tracking info on the website. Couldn't even go over to the Lakewood, Nj location to get questions answered as they won't even open till 1pm. UPS clearly does not care about customer service by having competent people available to answer questions during regular business hours. I called after 9am and there was no one to help.

The 800 number is foreign and fairly useless unless you get a supervisor. Also, the app doesn't update the arrival time based on driver location.
