We arrived at 2:50pm on Sunday to ship one package. They close at 3pm. The clerk declined to ship our package. I said "are you declining to ship our one package?" He responded "Have a great day." Don't return Amazon items here. They will charge a $3 "Misc Service Fee" when most places only charge $1 for a label. Plan accordingly and AVOID this store. They're willing to gouge you on prices. I will not return here to print something. I'd rather just plan on going to Grand Island. read more

I had a large item (a chair) to ship, and had very little time for preparing it to ship. I took the chair into the Kearney UPS and they accepted it as is, did all the packing for me and delivered it promptly. It is a family heirloom and I was thrilled to see it unharmed at my end.
