For a UPS store it operated as expected. Came i . . . dropped off Amazon return . . . exited and went home. Flawless execution!

Internet has been down for a week. Won't respond to emails. What a joke! There's no one in town to fix the internet?

Every time I go into this store the internet is down, or the server isn't working, or the close early. This store is a complete joke.

What a joke they have been unable to ship packages for at least the last 3 days. Internet is down. They don't see to concerned about getting it fixed. read more

I booked an appointment for notary service online at my local UPS Store #4058, but when I got there, they didn't even offer that service. Went to my bank. Came back to overnight the letter only to be told that it might not get there overnight because sometimes they don't pick up on time. What?! Paid $87 and it MIGHT get there overnight. read more

THIS PLACE DOES BAD BUSINESS...It is now April 12th 2023 and this store has still not sent me my payment for a damaged item (explanation in next paragraph). This store was paid for our damages on November 1st 2022 from UPS and was supposed to send it to us and still we have not seen the check. Stealing money from your customers is wrong. Especially when its in regards to important deceased family members belongings. I have been contacting UPS about this for 8 months, Emails and phone calls. Sometimes with a response from UPS but NEVER the store. I call and there is no answer and the mailbox is full, I email the store and never get a response if I could rate zero stars I would. (this next paragraph was my first bad review) I filed a claim in August of 2022 and as of Jan 2023 still have not received my compensation for a damaged heirloom from a deceased family member. For months I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue and either cannot get a hold of anyone or I keep getting told its on the way or a tracking will be provided and none of which has happened. So many MISTAKES on opening a mailbox. After 4 different contacts, 2 in person & 2 via phone, I'm still not confident the mailbox service agreement is correct. Speaking to the manager was like interacting with a 13 year old after asking them to clean their bedroom. The excuses, delays and some promises unkept have left me feeling so disappointed that I signed a 6 month agreement. I should have checked the Yelp reviews first! read more

I was able to ship an important package to this store and pick it up in two days- highly recommend!

For some reason everytime I get my packages delivered by ups they some how get lost or I don't receive them. Who would leave a package on the front porch when you can leave it inside a building. read more

No. I shipped some boxes from here to my parents house, not a one made it in one piece. But when I shipped them the person at the counter at THIS store convinced me to get the insurance because I had some expensive things in there. If I just paid a little extra they would repay me the value of the items no problem. No. The boxes were all have destroyed, smashed, ripped, and filthy, two of them were even open. Some items flat out went missing, some things like my iPod were smashed beyond use. But it was fine I thought, I got the insurance. It won't cover all of it, but it's enough to replace some of it right? No. This was MONTHS ago and they REFUSE to pay me a dime. I have pictures, I made a claim the day they were delivered, the DRIVER even reported it to his supervisor, I stood there and waited for him to do it to make sure it was done. The company won't refund me for the shipping, they won't pay the insurance that I paid for, and the people at THIS store won't even call me back. The last time they put me on hold they never even came back on the line. No. Go to FedEx. Here are the directions: 1. Drive PAST this place on the 281 North. 2. Take the East Abbot Rd. 3. take a right on Sky Park and it's on the next corner. read more

This particular location is worthless! Send them something to print and they won't check their email to know to do it or they'll screw it up. Columbus has a fantastic store with several fantastic people and resources like plotters, but the grand island store usually only has one person working, who doesn't check the email, they don't have a plotter so they send stuff out to be printed in North Platte! You will definitely get better service at any other UPS store, but in Grand Island you should definitely see copycat printing. read more

The employees at this store were rude and not helpful at all. Would recommend shipping packages by a different route.

Watch out for the employees at this location. They do some fishy stuff. Much better to set up your own shipping online and have it picked up. read more

UPS in Grand Island, NE is terrible. Package was to be delivered on Thursday. Friday left a note on my door "Package at UPS store". Go to store on Saturday package not there. Bloodshot eyed employee said it would be there Monday. Monday its back on delivery truck. Tracked package "Could not be delivered, pick up at UPS store". I use FedEx for everything now. read more

Well my review echos the former. I purchased a shipping tube from store (mistake #1) to return a defective epee' blade, a piece of sport fencing equipment. I placed it in tube and the manager - Rachel told me she would secure the packaging of it. (mistake #2) I requested that the end be padded to protect the point. I specifically asked that she make sure she taped both ends. My blade was valued @ $75.00, tube was $6.99 and freight was a ridiculous $24.99 (mistake # 3) Insurance was for up to $100.00. In life we are taught to never assume anything....for good reason. The tube made it to the repair center, crushed, but not bad enough to damage the blade, if the blade would of been inside. The repair center contacted me directly and sent me pictures of the tube. One end taped and one end clearly clean. The plastic end cap was smashed and had a hole in it, It was in the tube at time of delivery. The repair center sent me pictures and a statement. I was told that an investigation would be launched. I was told that they had contacted the repair center and talked to my customer rep. However I had just hung up the phone with the same rep. who had not heard anything from anyone. Rachel became suspect for exaggerating (mistake # 1, for her) After considerable hounding I finally was notified that I would receive a check for $76.91 and no good explanation of how they figured the $1.91. When I contacted the claim center 800# they informed me that the store is responsible for internal investigations. Rachel refused to give me her supervisor's name.I did receive the value of my blade, however it was not without some work on my part. So until I get a sufficient answer this service center is branded as a risk for any thing of value or less. read more

Im not giving this place any stars even though I have to. Ive never in my life been treated so rudely. First off they close at 6:30 & I arrived at 6:15 because I had just gotten off work all the employees looked at me like I had three heads and there was already a couple in the store ahead of me. I had called the previous day and gave the exact weight and dimensions of the box and was told that ups ground was going to be$13 I repeated on the phone are you sure that's ups ground. He said yes. When I went in to ship the guy not only measured my box two inches on each dimension to large but then told me that it was going to be$30 to ship something in state and only 188 miles away and that it was going to take 2 week's to arrive. Then he said 4 times that I needed to ship it 3 day select. When I said no I want ground he kept arguing with me and when I brought up the price discrepancy he pretty much called me a liar and said if you can't afford ups go to the post office! read more
