Only allow 5 stars??!! A business that is run well, including great people! I went to this store of Fort Henry Drive and was helped by Zanna, who was fantastic. She was both professional and friendly. She spotted a possible service need I had that I didn't even realize and described the benefit to me. In a way that made sense, didn't waste my time, and was not a 'hard sell'. And here I though good customer service was a thing of the past. Needed to overnight a package. I was welcomed to the store, thoughtfully attended to, and provided excellent customer service. Service was swift and efficient but I didn't feel rushed in the least. This store is great! Of course, it all starts with employees - Allan and Dominique are the best. I have been in this store several times, sometimes to return Amazon products, a couple of times to just ask a question, and this morning to ship an awkward sized item that means a great deal to a family member. Every time I walk through the store door I get a Hello and a "how may I help you" greeting, and then I'm handled efficiently and respectfully. The worst shipping experience i have ever had. Shipped a box. It was damaged during shipping. Paid for the insurance and they denied the claim. Stated it was light bulbs in the box. It was not. Sent in for a dispute and they denied it again. The store manager is inept at her job. Did nothing at all to help the matter. Blamed it on the corporate office and UPS said it would be on the store it was shipped from. I am out 400.00 now because they can not take care of a package shipped out. Save your time and money and drive up the road to the post office This store is horrible. read more
