There's only like two ups store in Laredo and this one is my fave out of the two. Nice and clean. there is social distance. Good amt of parking space. they are fast! So I'm in and out. Very organize, good job. I hope my review doesn't entice more ppl, cause I like it the way it is now. Oh and they are open later than the other location on weekends for sure. read more

*** Would give negative stars if I could! *** Employees at…read morethis location are very rude and unhelpful. We went to this location because it was a Sunday and other locations were closed. We had a good experience at Independence Plaza location. The guys there were super helpful and offered zip ties free of charge to close up our totes after we mixed them up and had to open them. This location off East Del Mar does not appear to like or be grateful in any way towards military. They said they do not offer military discount (lie) and if we wanted insurance we had to package in their packing only (also a lie). When we checked their corporate website it shows clear as day that they do offer military discount and as long as totes (or any personal package) are new and up to their guidelines they will insure it. Lady at the counter clearly needs to go back to day 1 of her training. I wish we would've gotten her name but we didn't. Would NOT recommend this location and definitely never visiting this store again.

They used a nice heavy stock and even put some additional touches on the cards that made them even better - I had said I wanted to mail them out, so they set the back up to look like post cards with a return address (they asked me first) and a lined area to write my cards. I love the people and service from this store. I have a box there, and they know me by name. I am always impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they are. But mostly, watching them interact with other customers while I'm in line, they are ALWAYS in a great mood, no matter how backed up they are. They also go above and beyond to be helpful. I have seen them spend an extended amount of time helping someone sit down at the computer and work through an issue that was time consuming, and really could have easily told them to go home, fix it, and come back... Like I've seen so many times at the post office. I look forward to getting my packages just for the happy faces! read more

The UPS Store in back of the HEB Plus on Monarch Street has been very helpful to me in getting me enlargements and copies of material I use for my artwork. I have been going to see them now for about two years and it is always a pleasant visit, even though I am not their highest paying cash customer. The assistance of Jesse Padilla, his father Mr Padilla nd Joseph their customer service employee is always great. hello i did a shopping at a distance but i had not fixed in the clauses, that only had to pick up in person, i had already purchased, it is nothing but i lost them, but i was navigating on the internet since, i me in houston, tx and i could not travel why i am working and there was no chance, but i found this office, call them through telephone, and they offered their services that they were to collect the merchandise, for an economic price and i am very grateful to god and with this company, i am enjoying my purchases. read more

I can't say enough about this UPS store. The entire staff make it their priority to ensure every customer is treated like they are the only customer. I travel from Mexico every quarter to pick up medication and pick up packages at this store. Everyone is always brought out quickly and accurately. The only time something has been missing, is when it never got delivered. They only thing they can't do anything about. I would recommend this UPS location to anyone. read more

I drove up all the way fron San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, to this UPS Store. Why? I was moving back to Arizona and wanted to send fragile items before the actual move date. The owner was there and did all of the 5 packages...very attentive to his work and very friendly in his attitude. Everything arrived perfectly. A great store and great owner! read more
