It is very rare that I write negative reviews but I absolutely had to write one on the ridiculousness of this store that I have witnessed personally and retold by many friends/family who were loyal customers and no longer use this location. I am simply writing about the experiences that I have and you can use your own judgement on whether or not they deserve your business. Regardless of your opinions and thoughts of the PA Government and COVID-19, there is a legal mandatory mask order for workers of an essential establishment, and the business is mandated to deny entry to customers without masks unless 1) the business sells medication, food, or medical supplies (to which the business will offer curb-side pickup) or 2) the customer has a medical reason. Seeing as when I was in there the workers were not properly wearing their masks to cover their nose and mouth and instead protecting the underside of their chin (not to mention being incredibly rude to customers who asked them politely to wear it) and employees not maintaining social distancing orders, this is a direct violation of DOH Order, Apr. 15, 2020, Part A(10) and DOH Order, Apr. 15, 2020, Part B(6), and has been reported to the Department of Health. On a non-legal standpoint, the attitude and tone of the workers here is actually pitiful. The management approves of their behavior and acts similarly. There is almost an entire unwillingness to help in any way that isn't bare minimum. Compared to my experiences at other UPS franchise locations and authorized shipping outlets in the area, this one is definitely the worst. I am almost convinced that any good reviews here are bought as there is no possible way that this crew could get their shit together enough to manage enough kindness or professionalism to a fly, let alone a human customer. There is a second UPS Store on the Carlisle Pike and an authorized center in the plaza right down the road. I implore you to use these two for future shipping needs. read more

I can't say enough about my positive experiences at this store, and with it's Manager, Michele. Having to ship vital business related packages to remote locations across the United States, and internationally to far off places, she has always provided our business with exemplary service to insure our packages were delivered as scheduled. On a few remote locations, Michele had to interface with the drivers and coordinate packages that were extremely time sensitive. In those instances she was in contact with our office until the delivery was confirmed. There are numerous delivery options in our area, but our business, and colleagues at other businesses rely on this particular UPS Store and it's team of professionals to come through every time for us. read more

I heard that the UPS store was under new management and hope they kept the same staff! I have travel to PA often for work and have used UPS Service at many locations through out PA and this one is head and shoulders above the rest! As with any business customer service is everything and this UPS Store has a lady by the name of Michele who has the best sense of humor and professionalism to boot!! My last trip I needed some last minute documents overnighted and I was a bit stressed. She was right on it, got them sent out and the arrived when I needed them to. I love this UPS Store. The staff (Hi Michelle) there is the most courteous and professional staff ever. They are always friendly and welcome you with a hello and a smile, even when the store is extremely busy and a line, each customer is greeted the same way. I love knowing that my packages will be delivered on the date promised if not before. You could never depend on USPS to get your package delivered on time. Having packages delivered on time means a lot to me especially if I am shipping gifts that need to arrive by a specific date. The only reason I have not Fired UPS "the company" is because the service of the people here at the UPS store in Lemoyne and the local UPS drivers. They are professional, helpful and genuinely great at their jobs. I see them all 6 days a week and have always gotten excellent service. UPS "the company" has a website designed to make you give up and the phone and customer service is simply a robot that hangs up on you. DO not rate the people who work on the routes and man the stores with the sad policies and practices that UPS has in place. It's not their fault. read more

I needed to print some encrypted emails and was so frustrated.I went into 717 Market st, Lemoyne and The clerks were so helpful and nice. It would have taken me all day on my own. They were so efficient and kind. I would definitely recommend this store and will return again, just based on their staff alone. It was so nice to see smiling faces. I've been going here once or twice a week for a couple years now, with everything from unboxed Amazon returns to fully packaged/labeled packages going out to customers, and all staff have been consistently friendly and helpful regardless of the type or amount of items I bring in, often quickly processing my items while another customer is at the counter filling something out, etc, ensuring everyone is helped quickly and efficiently.
