They have gone through a lot of employees so it is kind of hard to keep up with them. I have always had the best service. The employees are knowledgeable, kind, and understanding when one gets frustrated with sending and receiving packages. They are quick in greeting you with a warm smile. I always feel my packages will be safe in delivery because UPS employees are super efficient. They want you to be a satisfied customer. Sometimes there are long waiting times because of the high volume of customers coming and going. The staff has a knack for balancing all the customers as they serve them and recognize people that walk in the door. I highly recommend this UPS store because they have full services. Like me, not having a printer, it is easy to create an online order and pick it up in one day or less. Their website navigates one easily through all the services. It walks you through step-by-step in creating your product. Overall, they are nice and willing to help you with your needs!

The crew was prompt, courteous, and very hard working. They even had time to get stuff like hard water or oil marks, and I know those take a ton of time and scrubbing. It is going to be so much easier to keep things maintained.
