Navea and Taylor were so helpful! I was traveling through Minot and needed to purchase a laptop box. Even though my company made me use another company to ship the box, Navea and Taylor went out of their way to help me pack the box, so the laptop/ipad/iphone were well protected. Driver left package by garage and not front door, it clearly says to leave at front door in my account.

The same driver never knocks. I have a package that has to be signed for. He comes when I am home but doesn't knock. Leaves the note and runs away. The guy didn't even bring the package to the door. I have it on camera. My packages often "disappear" here. But they never get delivered. read more

I had something large shipped to me back in November. I still have not received it. I contacted UPS and was told that my package was not being held there but I could contact them at another number to find it. I call and was told that the shipping address was incomplete and they weren't able to update it or put an order in to reship my item because they were not sure where it was exactly. Now I am out the $ of the items in the package because the business I bought these items from can't verify whether or not I actually received them. It's so frustrating. Worse service ever. Lying about attempting to deliver a package without even knocking in my front door nor leaving a notification slip.. calling 1-800 number and not being able to speak to an agent.. If i can give a below -0 I would of definitely gave them a -000.! read more

I've used several UPS stores over the years for mailbox needs, as my job takes me to different locations for several months at a time. At the end of my work assignment, i've never had a problem with the UPS store forwarding my mail....well...until this location. I was told that they don't put in a request to forward mail, when you close your mailbox. They only return your mail to the sender, and it is your responsibility to contact them with your new address. I contacted the post office to see if I could put in a change of address with them. They don't do address changes for third party mail services like UPS store. So here it is a year and a half later, and I'm still not receiving all of my mail. Unfortunately this location has ruined it for me to ever use the UPS store for my mailbox needs again. read more
