I went to a Staples a few evenings for the first time after many years not being to a Staples…read morelocation. This location is a Winners and a Burger King. The people working there seemed nice. There seems to be a lot of new things they sell since I visited a Staples (such as snacks and coffee which I might buy some whenever I decide to go there). This location is so big that I had kind of had a hard time finding a small storage container that is not for a locker or have a tall(ish) side. This is probably because there was no signs at the ends of each aisles (or it is just me not looking up at those signs if they are any). Also, it seems dark in the store compared to the outdoors and there seems to not have may staff around the aisles, except for the front of the store.

Template provided required formatting, Emad formatted for photos and text and botched whole brochure do to text irregularities which was not included on my template Number 3 had large implications as there was no time to reprint this material and therefore I had no material to share for my trade-show. I returned after trade-show with all brochures requesting a refund do to the fact that these cannot be distributed. His response was this was a rush which I paid additional $200.00 for and is a poor excuse for lack of quality and unprofessionalism. Our discussion then turned argumentative relatively quickly and ended with him telling me to "GO TO HELL".

The service is really fast. They have the printer that I need (which is a printer that has the ability to print 11x17). I had to print 12 sheets and it costs just under $5. To be honest, I never really thought that it would cost so low and very affordable (especially for students like me). I will be going to this place as much as possible (or when I need to print 11x17 sheets which is very likely to happen) because the prices are affordable.

I've been a customer for a few years now and have always had a really positive experience here…read more Their pricing is reasonable and their work is always done in collaboration with the customer. The staff have always been quick to respond and have been very cooperative and understanding with regards to last minute orders. I get lots of gifts made for friends and family through them. It's also nice to support a local business that also donates time and money to various charities across the GTA. You'll definitely enjoy working with them.

Was in the store Tuesday June 10 and had a most horrible experience with one of the female sales…read moreassociates - I say sales associate because "customer service representative" is definitely not appropriate for this woman. I've been "helped" by her before and had the same experience, so I doubt it was coincidence that she was having another off day. I came into the store to return a defective item, and there were two women standing there chatting - I was not greeted when I came in and they made no effort to see if I needed any help - I had to approached them and interrupt their conversation (there were no customers in the store). Then one of them decided to acknowledge my presence and proceeded to tell me that the item that was broken was "not their problem, you broke it, not us". I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store and have never returned anything, so when I come in with a product that literally broke the first time I tried to use it, that is not the response to offer. I pretty much said that, she made a phone call, and whoever was on the phone told her to take the return (which I exchanged btw for a more expensive item and paid the difference). This sort of "service" seems to be a bit of a theme in reading the reviews, and as much as I am a loyal Henry's customer, I will really think twice about coming back to Oakville because of this woman's attitude. Perhaps she's family and cannot be reprimanded, but if I owned the store, I'd make sure she knows her attitude is an issue!
