Incompetents work here!! I used to get good service, for a reasonable price, when I switched…read moreaddresses a few years ago. Now I'm overcharged monthly, and nickel and dimed for every additional action. First I was being charged for blank pages in a scan. Then scans became snapped phone pics...not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows who has pics of your personal info on their phone! And then there's the packing. In the notes I asked for 4 pieces of mail to be sent to the same address. No one read the notes and sent me 4 items in 3 mailings...ALL AT $16 A POP! One I was charged a packaging fee for, and it simply had a new shipping label slapped over the old one. Another piece got lost in shipping. Mind you, I choose a trackable shipping method (Usually Fedex Ground) all the time! Neither Anytime Mailbox nor Postal Annex refunded the shipping. FedEx admitted they lost it, but I didn't pay FedEx. The annex erased the assigned tracking number from the action, and customer service sounded like a 5-year old trying to understand what the problem is!! There are a handful of other mail forwarding services in Sioux Falls, and another handful in the rest of the state. DO NOT waste your time with this one...and risk your identity getting stolen!!

Paul was great! I had a small fax to send, but will be using them for more after learning about…read moretheir large variety or products and services. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to help. I plan to take advantage of their mail box setup for my business mail so I can keep my home address private and separate business mail from personal mail.

Been going here for 2 years, and they have been outstanding. Going out of their way to help me with…read morewhatever I need. They aren't anymore expensive than any other shipping/printing store and I have been to a lot of them across the US. In fact, if you read most of these reviews they kinda just look like people who are upset that things cost money. No lady, they aren't going to give you free envelopes because you ask nice, do you get upset if Starbucks doesn't give you free coffee when you ask? There's more though. Apparently some of these folks think that boxes and packing to ship their stuff in is free as well? OMG what a scam! lol. The rest think that because they have an issue with UPS that the local, independently owned branch should resolve UPS corporate issues? Nah. Also the last lady to leave a garbage review apparently doesn't know the difference between sending a letter via a government subsidized service like the US Postal Service and a private carrier with full tracking and a guaranteed delivery date? uhhh, duh. Not to mention, all of these people act like they just dropped things off and paid later. If the price wasn't what you wanted to pay, then why did you do business with them? First, they give free estimates of what it would cost to ship things if you ask. If it's not what you want to pay, then I'd suggest waiting in line at the post office or boxing/printing a shipping label at home. Anyways, don't take my word for it, stop in next time you need to ship something and see for yourself.

Minuteman worked with me from start to finish on my printing project. When the image I submitted…read moreturned out blurry, Minuteman responded quickly to work with me on getting it fixed. The email response time was quick, and the response was friendly. Had to call to follow up on an online bid I submitted, so if you don't hear back right away, just give them a call and they'll get back to you ASAP. They even handled a last minute pick-up situation for me. Great paper quality and exactly what I needed-- for much less than online services. Only downside is their limited open business hours, so be sure to check those before stopping in. Great local business that I will definitely be returning to!
