I sent a very expensive package back as a return and accidently put in the usps box instead of ups…read more it was put in and it was picked up by the postal service route person per video on both transactions. now it has been almost 2 weeks and it is gone, lost, taken...who knows... know one seems to know where it just dissapeared...something is very wrong and it will be looked into extensively... i am shocked how this can happen from the usps drop box to the postal route vehicle to the usps facility and poof gone.........

Incompetents work here!! I used to get good service, for a reasonable price, when I switched…read moreaddresses a few years ago. Now I'm overcharged monthly, and nickel and dimed for every additional action. First I was being charged for blank pages in a scan. Then scans became snapped phone pics...not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows who has pics of your personal info on their phone! And then there's the packing. In the notes I asked for 4 pieces of mail to be sent to the same address. No one read the notes and sent me 4 items in 3 mailings...ALL AT $16 A POP! One I was charged a packaging fee for, and it simply had a new shipping label slapped over the old one. Another piece got lost in shipping. Mind you, I choose a trackable shipping method (Usually Fedex Ground) all the time! Neither Anytime Mailbox nor Postal Annex refunded the shipping. FedEx admitted they lost it, but I didn't pay FedEx. The annex erased the assigned tracking number from the action, and customer service sounded like a 5-year old trying to understand what the problem is!! There are a handful of other mail forwarding services in Sioux Falls, and another handful in the rest of the state. DO NOT waste your time with this one...and risk your identity getting stolen!!

These folks are amazing. I was under a tough deadline (a flyer for a family memorial service) and…read morethey were accommodating and FAST. In addition to their very thoughtful and hardworking staff, they have the magical folding machine thingie that evidently makes orders go wayyyyy faster than the hand folding done at the big-box office stores -- I know this because I checked. In fact, I started with those big office stores thinking that would be fastest (not discouraged enough by their useless websites) but was told by each of them that it couldn't happen in time because they didn't "currently" have the staff on hand to do all the folding involved in a simple half-page fold. (I was asking for 100 copies of a half-fold flyer, starting seven hours before the end of the day, with the option to pick them up in the early AM of the next day if need be.) I called Express Copy and they A) calmed me down and then B) said of course they could do it, and well before closing time at 530pm! Had a little trouble finding their place, but only because I'm from out-of-town and don't drive very often. Thank you, to Michaela and Ashley in particular! :)
